here is: Who is the owner of the street .Should we design a city full of cars ,or should we design s city full of people.Is it also good for other stakeholders to design a city more comfortable for parking cars？Maybe the answer is no.Actually it is really important to think about also the benefit and rights of other stakeholder on the street like ,people ,bikes,buses motos ,green and so on.
Smart parking Smart parking is a very important part of the smart city systems. The peoblems is that cars are eating up sapce.Also it takes a lot of time to find a parking space for drivers.The smart parking aims to help the drivers park in a more comfortable way. However,if we could reverse this concept and try to see in the eyes of other stakeholders on the street.like pedestrains.Paring space is something not so Thewelcome.Keyquestion

So in China,the peoblem is not we decide how to design a street more suitable for people to walk through but how we could design a better street which could involve both cars and people and be used in a more reasonable way and in a more efficient way.
People oriented city or Cars oriented city?

Actually ,i think the better answer is , the city is designed for people,but we have to consider the exist of cars aims to serve the need of the movement of people.The city and space should be freed and regive to people.
The situation in China: But in city like China.People can not get rid of cars,in fact in most cities of China. The need for cars is so high and the need for a parking space is almost super high. Many people can afford the price of a car but can not afford the price a comfortable parking space.
The conclusion is that the question of people oriented city or auto oriented city is not the debate.The question is ,how we could do both in a more smart and resonable way.

Actually the smart system could be used by other systems. The tool could also be used to analyze the need for any public spaces.Any other tools on the street. like how we could deal with stoping bikes and how to solve the conflictions between bike riders and pedestrains.

Finally ,this system could become a smart system which could arrange the movement in city in a more efficient way,safer,smarter,give more space back to people.
