Alloy Kemp joined Thornton Tomasetti in 2011. As a long standing member of the firm’s Facade Engineering practice, she is responsible for structural engineering of facades, detail / prototype development, parametric modeling and fabrication planning. Her multi-disciplinary education and dual licensure as an Architect and Engineer enables her to adapt easily to the creative nature of engineering of non-traditional elements; such as tensile membranes, structural glass, and long-span gridshells.
