The railway station hotel is targeting the couple traveler who want to go for the honeymoon vacation. For the first level, there are main foyer with luxurious design to welcoming the guest, the atrium lobby including the, branded fashion retail and public restroom. For the security purpose, the security alarm is installed throughout the entire hotel. The facilities like the couple spa treatments, swimming pool, casino, playing area, and mini cinema is provide for the guest to enjoy during the honeymoon vacation. The unique of this luxury hotel is still keeping the element of railway station, that is why the interior still like a railway station, beside that there will be restaurant train and bar provided using by the train, so it make the visitors feel like have a honeymoon trip in the train. The design of this hotel will be luxury and classic to show the elegance of the existing of the railways station itself. The color scheme will be using monochromatic scheme.
R ailways station hotel is a luxury heritage boutique hotel that targeted the high end couples traveler who are have the trip / vacation to Singa-
pore. The name “Railways station� is take from the history of the building before converted into hotel, which is Tanjong pagar railway station that located in 30 Keppel bay Road. This luxury hotel will provide world a lot of activities for the couple travelers with professional services. The users and all the design space requirements of couple travelers will be learned to give a spaces that give interest to all types of visitors The outcome of this project, the designer came up with a concept design of luxurious heritage boutique hotel with a theme of railway station. The unique features that make this hotel special are the well-designed accommodation with the ambience like in they have a trip in the train, a garden with beautiful landscape that will attract the tourist couples to have their pre-wedding shots, and some of the structures of the building are using sustainable materials.
DESIGN CONCEPT The concept of this luxury boutique hotel is “ Journey�. This concept was founded by the idea of a couple that started as an individual person, in which they created their own path and eventually be together and heading to the same destination. Along the way to their destination there must be a process, which resembling a journey that they have go through. In a journey there must be start and an end, in which this railway station could be intercepted as the departure and arrival. This concept of journey will be shown in the space planning as sequential series of a space that interconnected to each other as if they are in a journey, the starts with the departure which warm welcome of the hotel lobby until their final destination which is the hotel room.

The overall floorplan shows the final result of the trans-
formation of Railway sation Hotel; which result in creative space planning and aesthetic forms of the couple path. The space planning is intercepted with the concept. The second and third floor are the private area for the guest room.

The presidential suite is design in the open space and spacious for the couple travelers who want to celebrate their wedding party, so they can bring their family to visit the room. This room will get the best view (the train and courtyard) of this hotel. There are 2 levels on this room, the first level is for the bathroom and living room and the second level is for the resting area.

The superior room was design in open space, where the bathroom is located at the white marble platform. The ceiling of this room is made by the gold aluminium with glass to make this room looks spacious and luxury.The flooring also have the classic pattern to showing the ciurculation of the space. The bathub is located in front of the window to for the client to enjoy the view.

The chapel was made by glass and steel frame, it is located at the platform with the purpose to become the stage in the wedding party, and all of the lighting in this area was using the up light to emphasize the space. There are some greeneries surrounded that harmonize this area.

T R A I N R ESTAURANT The train Bar and restaurant was design in warm and cozy ambience. All the material are in dark color.This train have the private dining in the corner for the couple travelers. The ceiling was using mirror and cove lighting to make the space look spacious.
P L AY R OOM The playroom was design connected to the Cigar bar, The play room provide the billiards and dart machine to entertain the couple travelers, to purple create the romantic ambience when it combine with the multi LED colors..

The restaurant have some feature which support the sustainable value in this restaurant. The feature contain the use of sustainable materials such as used pipe for the decoration, the recycle mosaic Islamic textured floor, recycle counter top and also the use of LED for the illumination inside the restaurant which can reduce the use of electricity. Since nowadays designer have to start realize that every decision they made is giving an impact towards the environment. Climate start to change significantly because human mostly not responsible of the environment and causing the climate change

ing industrial style with recycled materials. The main color scheme of this restaurant will be brown, orange, black and white. For them orange is the color that always bring luck and goods. The accomplishment of the design is to create the multicolor atmosphere and cozy feeling. The furniture that going to be used in the restaurant is mobile furniture to make the staff is easier to clean. For the kitchen design, it will be design in open space concept, which is the kitchen can have essential ventilation and natural light in order to prevent form strong aroma that can disturb the customers. The designer will supply the recycled materials from different company, for the countertop on the kitchen, main flooring, wall panels, and all of the customize features will get from Cosentino group. The design in this restaurant will be industrial with many features but it should accumulate the culture of Indian since this is the Indian restaurant.
DESIGN CONCEPT The proposal concept that client give to the client is Steampunk. Steampunk is a design from the combination of Machinery and elegance using industrial details. The material that the designer provide is recycle hardware that can be used as furniture and also accessories or decorations. Cork, machine tools, rusted pipes and rusted metals will help the ambience of the interior to look more steam punk.

ecked out in rustic iron and wood, the hotel reflects the area’s heritage as a warehouse and industrial district, remnants of which can still be seen today. Be greeted by casual elegance from the moment you step into the hotel lobby where high ceilings, washed concrete walls and exposed steel pipes epitomize the fuss-free design. Subtle accents add a touch of vibrancy while wide, open spaces seek to create a community of like-minded people in a place away from home. Hotel Yan’s simplistic form and utilitarian appeal promises a refreshing and calming environment for urban dwellers and suburbanites alike.the project is focusing on design the bedrooom.
This project is to design a boutique hotel room that
is a real project. The hotel name is Hotel Yan. Yan is actually from Chinese word of “swallow”, a bird where inspiring encounters happen and memorable stories. This project is attached with the theme of “hardware”. It is stick with the hardware concept is because the building used to be a hardware shop but it is to be converted as a boutique hotel. Clients want this hotel to be not just an ordinary hotel design. This hotel is located along Tyrwhitt Road in Jalan Besar. Take the consideration of the hierarchy, it is 8 minute walk to Lavender MRT, 10 minute walk to Farrerr Park MRT and 9 minute to Orchard Road. Jalan Besar is the art friendly neighbourhood with a history of a ship-breaking.

ONCEPT
The concept of the hotel bedroom design is feather. As the color of feather has tone of value, it goes from darker to brighter. We emphasize this colors and shapes onto the head board. We also apply rust effect on the hanging steel, as this element is inspired by the feather which with a bit of brown to bring out the industrial environment. There is also a sliding feather & bird artwork panel as the curtain which related to our concept and Yan hotel itself. A industrial hardware wire mesh is provided above the table to hang accessories. Grass wall comes across to harmonise the space.

They are recognised leader in proesional spa care for men and women, they are also well known as the “The spa art people”. At present, they have one out-let centrally located in city of Singapore. With their quote of “move torwards beauty, beyong nail and grooming care”.

he concept for My nail Spa design is Nature. Nature ingredients are commonly found in a lot of beauty products and treatmets. Many people prefer to use natural/Herbal Treatments/ Beauty products because it is more natural and have less chemicals substances on it. Nature usually gives a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere, the purpose of nature concept for my spa is to make the customers feel more fresh and relaxed after they do their treatments, this is what i want to achive in my nail spa and become dierent from any others nail spas. For the design i will choose a natural material such as woods, stones, and greeneries. This materials that i use will mostly from recycled materials, why did i choose recycled materials? because by using recycled materials we can help to conserve the earth and safe our natural resources. As for the design i will make the enviroment as if the customers are entering a garden, not just the apperance but also the ambience and feeling of the garden itself such as the sound of waters and cooling greeneries,in the garden there will be several beauty treatments that they can enjoy.

he superdry pop up store has to maintain its original identity, which is retro and vintage.The mix of American, British, and Japanese culture will be applied in the design to maintain the atmosphere of Superdry.The main purpose of designing a pop up store is to attract as many customers as possible to visit the store and allowing them to have a remarkable yet unique experience, because it will appear in only certain period of time. Unique form of structures will be used as the facade or the outer look to catch the customer’s eyes, and as soon as they enter the premises, customers will be greeted by interesting features of the interior and creating amemorable experience for them. All this will be done without losing the Superdry’s identity and trademark of their brand.

he client decided to make a pop up store that will be held in Singapore. The pop up store brand is Super Dry clothing. The client want to have a smart design of pop up store which will wisely make the space planning in order to enhance the marketing feature. Then the client also want the designer to efficiently use the space, so that the small space can fit a lot of merchandise with many type as well. The designer must know what kind of merchandise that Super Dry have, so that everything can be designed wisely according to that. It will not just a good looking design and at the end the stuff can’t fit inside. Must be careful about all the size of their merchandise as well. The client also want the designer to keep their remarkable design and characteristic. The designer should follow the certain characteristic that Super Dry have. The client like something new like a new feature that will enhance certain thing that can help to attract more customers.

oncept Superdry was established in 1990s in a number of UK university town and cities, from oxford and Cambridge to Edinburgh and belfast. The concept of the this pop up store is universtities because it related to the town of universities and it have a history background. The retail will use some element of university like a library, campus chairs, and black board. The style of this retail store is classic vintage, the ambience of this store will be warm and dim with some spotlight on the items.
