6. Acknowledging our moral code

Ardo’s business practices are guided by integrity, honesty, fairness, and a strict adherence to all applicable laws. Our Code of Conduct (CoC) describes our working methods and includes policies on bribery, fraud, and corruption.

As an internal guide for the Ardo group, our CoC promotes a business culture based on the highest standards of integrity and transparency. We encourage our employees to seek guidance whenever they are unsure about the best course of action, as it is each employee’s responsibility to ‘do the right thing’. There will be more on this in chapter 4. The CoC is also used externally to support our responsible sourcing policy. Our Supplier Code of Conduct is an essential part of our supplier selection and approval process. There will be more on this in chapter 3.
