t is my pleasure to serve as your General Manager and bring to you ideas that impact your career in Ardyss International. I’d like to share some quotes from my favorite book this year “The 5 levels Of Leadership” by John Maxwell. 1.

Good leadership isn’t about advancing yourself. It’s about advancing your team. Leaders become great, not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others. Leadership is action, not position. When people feel liked, cared for, included, valued, and trusted, they begin to work together with their leader and each other. If you have integrity with people, you develop trust. The more trust you develop, the stronger the relationship becomes. In times of difficulty, relationships are a shelter. In times of opportunity, they are a launching pad. Good leaders must embrace both care and candor. People buy into the leader, then the vision. Bringing out the best in a person is often a catalyst for bringing out the best in the team. Progress comes only from taking risks and making mistakes. Leaders are measured by the caliber of leaders they develop, not the caliber of their own leadership.
I hope those quotes impact you as much as they impacted me. Here is something I learned over 17 years ago as I started my professional journey in network marketing. A lot of people in Network Marketing drift through the days, letting the business happen to them. They answer calls and emails, go to events and watch activities in their back office. Some months they see results and other times they don’t. They are tourists and you don’t want to be a tourist.
These are the basic vital signs of your business. If you and your team focus on the simple and basic functions you will be very successful. Es para mí un placer ser su Gerente General y traerles ideas que impactan su carrera en Ardyss International. Me gustaría compartir algunas citas de mi libro favorito de este año “The 5 Levels of Leadership”(Los 5 niveles de liderazgo), de John Maxwell. 1. Un buen liderazgo no se trata de avanzarte a ti mismo. Se trata de avanzar su equipo. 2. Los líderes llegan a ser grandes, no por su poder, sino por su capacidad de desarollar el potencial de otros. 3. El liderazgo es se cataloga por la acción, no la posición. 4. Cuando las personas se sienten queridos, cuidados, incluidos, valorados, y con confianza, es cuando comienzan a trabajar en conjunto con sus lideres y entre compañeros. 5. Si usted desarrolla integridad con la gente, crea la confianza. Mientras mayor confianza desarrolla, más fuerte se hace la relación. En momentos de dificultad, las relaciones son un refugio.
