Un excelente ejemplo de ello, es nuestra querida Gail Mathis, quien recientemente con su tenacidad y fe en nuestra empresa, logró escalar al rango de Presidente en tan sólo 82 días y no conforme 10 días después ya se estaba adjudicando el cargo de Presidente Ejecutivo. Además logró nombrar a 2 Equipos de Presidentes en su línea directa en el mismo mes, rompiendo así 2 récords en la compañia. ¡Enhorabuena!
An excellent example is our dear distributor, Gail Mathis, who recently, with effort and faith in our company, she achieved the President Rank, in only 82 days and 10 days later she was receiving the rank of Executive President. Plus, she achieved to have two Presidents in her front line that same month, breaking 2 records in Ardyss.

Somos Gelly y Alejandro Cantú, tenemos 27 años de casados y dos hijos, Daniela y Alejandro; siempre hemos sido personas de lucha y perseverancia. En esta ocasión queremos compartir nuestro encuentro con Ardyss International, la empresa que cambió nuestras vidas para siempre.

ivíamos en la ciudad de Monterrey Nuevo León (México), ahí teníamos un negocio propio, el cuál nos brindaba muchas comodidades (coches, casa propia, escuelas de paga etc.) pero en 1995 no pudimos escapar de la crisis económica que sufrió el país, y en un abrir y cerrar de ojos perdimos casi todo. Fue entonces cuando decidimos probar suerte y mudarnos a Estados Unidos. Llegamos a Brownsville, Texas y nuestro comienzo no fue nada sencillo, pero continuamos trabajando duro y afortunadamente gracias a mi hermana Minerva y su esposo, nos adentramos en el mundo de la Remodelación. El verdadero cambio llegó cuando tuvimos nuestro primer encuentro con Ardyss, posteriormente nos trasladamos a la ciudad de San Antonio y ahí conocimos a la mayoría de las que hoy, son nuestras principales líderes, “GRACIAS GRUPO ALFA” por confiar en nosotros a lo largo de estos 10 años hemos crecido un 60% y apenas estamos sembrando las bases para nuestro futuro. Hoy en día, nuestra vida es muy diferente nos visualizamos viajando por todo el mundo, llevando la empresa a otros países, y ayudando a la gente a que alcance este sueño. Agradecemos a nuestra empresa, a sus fundadores los señores Díaz de León, directivos, a nuestros líderes, pero sobre todo a Dios por tantas bendiciones.

We are Gelly and Alejandro Cantu and we’ve been married for 27 years with 2 children, Daniela and Alejandro; we have always been people that fight and persevere. This time, we want to share our encounter with Ardyss International, the company that changed our lives forever. We used to live in Monterrey, Nuevo León (México), where we had our own successful business which gave us comfort (cars, our own house, private schools for our children, etc.) but in 1995 we couldn’t escape the economic crisis that the country suffered and in a blink of an eye, we lost almost everything. It was then when we decided to try our luck and move to the United States. We arrived to Brownsville, Texas and it wasn’t easy to start, but we continued working hard and fortunately, thanks to my sister Minerva and her husband, we met the reshaping world. The real change came when we had our first encounter with Ardyss. Later, we moved to San Antonio and we met the majority of what today are our main leaders. “Thank you Alpha group” for your trust these 10 years, we have grown 60% and we are just building the basis for our future. Today, our life is very different; We picture ourselves traveling around the world, taking the company to other countries and helping people achieve the American dream. We thank our company, its founders, Mr. and Mrs. Díaz de León, managers, our leaders, but most of all, God for so many blessings.

Yolanda Argueta A principio de año yo estaba luchando con extraños síntomas, como hormigueo en mis manos y pies, dolor en los huesos y vértigo severo. Como resultado comencé a ver a un neurólogo quien me realizó algunos estudios, pero finalmente no se encontró nada. Un poco después empecé a consumir los productos Ardyss (Le’Vive, Memory Charge, Power Boost y TripleLife) y después de unas semanas comencé a ver resultados positivos. No solamente desaparecieron los síntomas sino que recuperé la energía y estaba dispuesta a enfrentar las actividades diarias. How Ardyss changed my life
Allow me to tell you that earlier this year I was struggling with odd symptoms such as tingling in my hands and feet, pain in my bones and severe dizziness. As a result I began seeing a neurologist who conducted several tests and found nothing. Shortly after I began taking the Ardyss products (Le’Vive, Memory Charge, Power Boost and TripleLife) and within weeks I saw positive results. Not only did the symptoms go away but I regained my strength and was able to meet life’s daily requirements. Thank you again for your help and I hope this note is able to help others as they seek to determine if Ardyss is right for them. Take care!
Carlos Lara y Familia Me desempeñaba como piloto de combate en la Fuerza Área Venezolana, padecía de presión arterial alta y como resultado de esta enfermedad también sufría problemas de disfunción eréctil. Por más de 18 años estuve consumiendo medicamento para controlar este mal hasta que comencé a sentir sus efectos colaterales. A partir del mes de Marzo del presente año comencé a consumir Le´vive junto con el Triple Life y el Cran Aloe, después de un mes mi presión arterial comenzó a disminuir. I used to work as a combat pilot in the Venezuela Air Force and I suffered from high blood pressure and as a result of this illness, I suffered erectile dysfunction. oy Profesora universitaria, amo mi profesión, pero estaba buscando algo que me complementara, y Ardyss ha sido la chispa motivadora para encontrarlo. El primer encuentro con la empresa fue en la apertura de un almacén, a partir de ahí, me interesé en la compañía por su línea de nutrición, ya que soy vegetariana y tengo más de 20 años en la venta de productos naturales. La experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria me inscribí y en tan sólo tres días llegué al rango de Supervisora y al cumplir el primer mes ya era Gerente. Mi próxima meta es el obtener mi rango de Directora. Les recomiendo a los que estén interesados en la empresa, que asistan a todos los eventos y reuniones, manténganse siempre trabajando unidos, esa es la clave. Agradezco a Dios, quien me brinda la fortaleza para seguir adelante. A mi familia, por su constante apoyo a mi querida líder y amiga Carmen Hidalgo, a todo mi grupo de trabajo, sin ellos no habría logrado tanto éxito. “Ardyss significa para mí: cambio de vida, crecimiento estabilidad y bendiciones.” “I think success is based on being positive, united, and to believe on what we are doing” I am a University Professor, I love my job, but I was looking for something to complement me, and Ardyss has been the motivating sparkle to find it. The fist time I had contact with the company was in a warehouse opening, and since then I became interested in the company’s nutrition line. I have experience in nutritional sales, I am vegetarian and I care a lot about my health. The experience has been very satisfying, I enrolled the company and in only 3 days I achieve the Supervisor rank. In less than one month I was a Manager. My next goal is to achieve the Director rank; I recommend those who are interested in the business to assist to all the events and meetings. Try always to work united, that is the key. I thank God; he is the one who gives me the strength to look forward. To my dear leader and friend Carmen Hidalgo, to my entire team group, without them I couldn´t have achieved success. oy ama de casa y estudiante de contabilidad. Mi primer encuentro con Ardyss fue a través de una faja que adquirí después de salir de mi embarazo. Los resultados fueron increíbles y decidí unirme al negocio, no tenía ninguna experiencia pero comencé a asistir a todos los eventos y teleconferencias de la empresa. Ardyss International, me ha ayudado a crecer, a lograr parte de mis sueños, ahora mi tiempo no se limita, continúo siendo ama de casa, madre, esposa y además obtengo una gran paga. Mi siguiente meta es llegar a obtener el rango Platino y lograr el millón de puntos mensuales. El éxito en esta empresa se basa en casarse con ella y aceptarla en las buenas y en las malas, siéndole siempre fiel. Le agradezco infinitamente a Dios, a mi familia por su apoyo, a la familia Díaz de León y les aconsejo que si están interesados asistan a todos los eventos de la empresa, pues eso los fortalecerá. I first met Ardyss through a Reshaping girdle after my pregnancy. The results were so amazing that I decided to join the business, I had no experience, but I started to assist to every event and conference calls from the company. La prenda remodeladora me hizo creer, me dio satisfacción inmediata, ahora mi vestido me quedaba perfectamente, y lo mejor me sobraba espacio. Dos semanas después Dorothy me llamó para invitarme a una reunión de negocios, fue ahí donde obtuve una mayor comprensión sobre los ingresos disponibles.

Estuve muy ocupada reclutando gente, las detenía en los estacionamientos, hablaba con toda las personas que me encontraba, inclusive en el elevador. Agradezco a Dios, por permitirme unirme a gente tan maravillosa, que me ha acompañado en mi carrera con Ardyss. Alcanzar el equipo Presidente en 82 días y 10 días después lograr el rango de Presidente Ejecutivo no era mi meta. Este tercer ejemplar, lo queremos dedicar a los “líderes”, aquellos hombres y mujeres que poseen la visión y el coraje para destacarse y alcanzar así sus objetivos. Ardyss International, es un excelente ejemplo de lo que una familia de líderes puede alcanzar, los incontables logros de esta empresa se deben a la constante lucha y arduo trabajo de la Familia Díaz de León, quienes no se detienen en su labor de cumplir sueños. Hombres y mujeres exitosos siempre han existido, el hecho es que los tiempos cambian y las necesidades de las empresas también. Hoy en día, el ambiente de negocios es altamente competitivo, y se requiere de personas con una visión completa y adecuada de las empresas, gente que imponga nuevas reglas para potenciar el crecimiento y motivar a sus empleados. A lo largo de los años, hemos escuchado muchas definiciones de la palabra líder, y aunque todos pensamos que entendemos lo mismo, la realidad es otra. Un líder no espera que las oportunidades llamen a su puerta; él las genera. Lucha por las cosas que quiere. Sabe que en el mundo hay dos tipos de personas: quienes reaccionan a los cambios y quienes los producen o se anticipan a ellos. El futuro lo construyen las personas dinámicas, que establecen las circunstancias para que éste ocurra de acuerdo a sus expectativas. Nunca hay que quedarse esperando a que la oportunidad llame a su puerta; hay que poner la puerta delante de la oportunidad. Hay que hacer que las cosas sucedan, por ello el líder se transforma en un generador de circunstancias, contagia a otros con sus sueños y hace de eso su llave maestra para lograr sus metas.
Todavía no se conoce a ningún líder pesimista. Todos son optimistas al 100% solo piensan en el éxito de todo aquello que emprenden. Aun así, siempre son cautos y hacen las cosas bien para conseguir su objetivo.

Always the first: A leader does not wait for opportunities to fall into their hands; he makes them. He fights for the things he wants and knows that the fight and dedication will turn into achievements sooner or later. He knows that there are two types of people in the world; those who react to the changes and those who make them. The future is built by dynamic people that establish circumstances for this to match their expectations. We should never wait for opportunities to knock on our doors; we have to put the door in front of the opportunity that you have conceived. If the path is already a good one, follow it. If not, build it. We have to make things happen because the one who just waits is outstripped by the one who builds day by day, hour by hour. Because of that, a leader generates circumstances, spreads his dreams and uses that as his key to achieve his goals. Optimism: There isn’t a pessimist leader known yet. They are all optimists 100%, they only think about the success of everything they undertake. They still make everything right to achieve their objectives.
