Posterior mezclar en un vaso de H2O con 8 oz, a temperatura normal, dos cucharadas soperas de Cran Aloe y dos de Mangostana. Tomarlo 3 veces al día. We recommend drinking like hot tea. In a cup of hot water mix a capful of Ardyss Plus and half a cap of Noni. Drink in the morning and at night. Later in a 8 oz cup of water mix in 2 spoonfuls of Cran Aloe and Mangostana. Drink 3 times a day.

Nuestros mejores deseos a quienes compartieron su vida, familia, trabajo, amor y alegrías, eso es lo que nos construye y nos define día a día como empresa. En los próximos días iniciaremos un nuevo año, detengamos nuestras miradas ante el nuevo calendario aún sin estrenar y cerremos los ojos, pensemos en todo lo que nos hizo sonreír en el año que termina, y multipliquemos esas sonrisas. Más de 150 personas participaron en este maravilloso evento en el cuál se obtuvo un 99% de exitoso reclutamiento. Dorothy Cook, Presidente Platino fue la encargada de conducir el evento bajo el liderazgo de Helen Dela´hossaye, del equipo Diamante y Erika Mcqueen, integrante del Equipo Presidente Ejecutivo, quienes la acompañaron en éste increíble y emotivo evento. Erika es la primera en alcanzar el rango de Presidente en Atlanta, ella es una líder fenomenal que va por excelente camino para llegar al Platino.

uiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia en Ardyss. Yo comencé en el mes de Junio de 2008, sinceramente el plan de ganancias me resultaba atractivo y me interesaba comprar las prendas de remodelación. I want to share my experience in Ardyss with you. I started in the month of June of 2008, the Compensation Plan resulted attractive to me and I was interested in buying reshaping garments. To my surprise, in the month of July, just two weeks of being enrolled, I also received the car bonus and commission earnings. It was then when I discovered how extraordinary this plan was and I think that it’s the best method of enrollment in Ardyss. My goals don’t have limits and I transmit that dream to all my work team in order for them to be solid and successful. Nuestra mente está llena de dudas, expectativas, objetivos y de sueños que deseamos se hagan realidad de una vez por todas...” “When the year starts, we get the feeling that our live has a new beginning. Our minds are full of doubts, expectations, objectives and dreams that we wish come true once and for all... ” Al revisar y ver cambiar el calendario del 2008 al 2009, nos asombra la rapidez con la que los días vuelan. Parece que acabáramos de presenciar el cambio de milenio, sin embargo ya casi se cumple una década de aquel suceso. El tiempo pasa a una gran velocidad.
When we check and see the calendar change from 2008 to 2009, we are amazed with how fast days go by. It seems as if we just witnessed the change of millennium, however, almost a decade has passed since that event. Time passes by in a great speed.
Con cada año nuevo, también le añadimos otro año a nuestra vida y resulta una excelente ocasión, para evaluar que tan lejos hemos avanzado en los logros de nuestras metas y planear nuestros sueños a realizar.

Todos deseamos iniciar con muchos ánimos y grandes expectativas, nos emociona el hecho de saber que contamos con 12 meses para realizar todo y nos gusta pensar que al final de este tiempo las cosas se habrán cumplido.

Planeación de metas y objetivos en el 2009, el mejor principio para ver realizados tus sueños.

Lamentablemente, una gran parte de esos buenos objetivos se esfuman a los pocos días o semanas de haber iniciado el año nuevo. ¿A qué se debe este fracaso? ¿Es sólo por falta de voluntad o acaso es imposible cumplir ciertos propósitos? En realidad, se trata de una combinación de ambos factores junto con algunas condiciones inadecuadas. Es decir, si bien es cierto que muchas veces falta voluntad para cumplir los propósitos de año nuevo, también es verdad que en ocasiones estos objetivos han sido mal planeados; su elección no fue la correcta, por lo que terminan siendo irrealizables. Por eso, si no quiere caer en este error y lamentarse en el próximo diciembre de todos sus objetivos fallidos, es necesario asegurarse de planear inteligentemente sus propósitos de año nuevo, que tal si en vez de quedarnos con los pensamientos, comenzamos el año proponiéndonos metas y planeando nuestros objetivos.
¿Cómo hacerlo?
Unfortunately, a great part of those good objectives go away in the few days or weeks of the New Year. What do we owe that failure to? Is it just lack of will or is it impossible to meet certain goals? In reality, it´s all about a combination of both factors with some inadequate conditions. If it is true that many times there is a lack of will to meet this New Year purposes, it is also true that in certain occasions these objectives have been planed wrong; your election, was not the right one, so they end up being unworkable. Because of this, if you do not want to make this mistake and feel sorry for yourself next December for all your failed objectives, it is necessary to ensure an intelligent plan for your New Year´s resolution. What if instead of keeping our thoughts, next year, we start to propose goals for ourselves and plan our objectives.
How to do it?
1. Para empezar, haga una lista de los 10 propósitos o metas que desea alcanzar el próximo año; después fíjese bien que la idea general de esa nota es escribir “objetivos a alcanzar”. Esto quiere decir que le llevará tiempo hacerlo.
1. To start, make a list of the 10 purposes or goals that you wish to reach in the next year; after that, note closely that the general idea of that is writing “objectives to reach”. This means that it will take you some time to do it.
2. Una vez que ya tenga su lista de propósitos bien redactada, es hora de decidir en qué orden va a irlos cumpliendo. Considere que si intenta cumplir con todo desde el principio, posiblemente para la segunda semana de enero ya estará desilusionado al darse cuenta de su imposibilidad de realización.

Uno de los problemas básicos a los que se enfrentará en este momento es la falta de tiempo para realizar todo lo planeado; no se estrese demasiado por esto.
