Les quiero compartir el testimonio de mi esposo, Amado Barrera, él no creía en la efectividad de los productos naturales. El regresaba de un viaje y tenía ya varios días con problemas estomacales y presentaba un derrame en el ojo. Renuente a atenderse le comencé a dar Top Fiber y Le´Vive y en menos de 24 horas estaba mejor, le apliqué gotas de Ardyss Plus en su ojo y poco a poco el derrame desapareció.

l pasado mes de Enero, tuvimos la oportunidad de presentar nuevas herramientas de trabajo, a través del Congreso de Presidentes; este evento sin igual dio inicio el domingo 11 con una cena formal que tuvo como escenario las instalaciones del Hotel Luxor, en donde toda la Familia Díaz de León estuvo presente.
This past January, we had the opportunity to introduce new Ardyss promotions and tools at the Presidential Congress. The opening of the event took place Sunday January 11th with a formal dinner in a grand ballroom at the Luxor Hotel and Casino and all the Diaz de Leon Family was present.
La noche transcurrió con un ambiente de alegría, la cual se intensificó cuando todos los ahí presentes felicitaron, y obsequiaron un enorme pastel al Lic. Antonio Díaz de León, por su cumpleaños.
The night passed with an atmosphere of joy, which was intensified when everyone congratulated and shared in a huge cake with the founder Mr Antonio Diaz de Leon for his birthday.
Entre risas y aplausos los asistentes rompieron piñata, recogieron golosinas y no dejaron de expresar sus mejores deseos a quién sin duda, es el pilar y guía de nuestra empresa.
With laughs and applauses the attendees broke a Piñata, collected candy and did not stop expressing their best wishes to Mr. Antonio Diaz de Leon. He is without a doubt the pillar and guidance of our company.

Al día siguiente se inició una ardua jornada de trabajo en donde los principales voceros y líderes de Ardyss International tuvieron la oportunidad de compartir los nuevos proyectos con los asistentes.

Alfredo Orozco (Director Comercial) platicó sobre las actividades y temas a tratar.
Posteriormente el Licenciado Antonio Díaz de León presentó un emotivo video sobre la esperanza y la fé que debemos preservar ante estos tiempos de crisis. Al finalizar repartió billetes de un dólar entre el público con la leyenda “Confiamos en ti”, como símbolo de esperanza y abundancia.

The next day began with great success when the leaders of Ardyss International shared the new projects the company was introducing. Alfredo Orozco (Sales Director) talked about the activities and topics that would be covered during the event. Mr Antonio Diaz de Leon presented a motivational video about the hope and faith that we should preserve in this time of crisis. At the end he distributed special edition Ardyss one dollar bills to the leaders with the inscription “We believe in you.” It was a symbol of hope and abundance.

Reportaje De nuevo en el estrado, Alfredo Orozco, dio a conocer los resultados del mes de diciembre, los cuales han sido los mejores de la historia en Ardyss International, ya que en ese mes se registró un aumento del 58% en el reclutamiento global de la empresa. Posteriormente se mostraron los resultados de ascensos de rango los cuales nos demuestran que Ardyss sigue haciendo historia gracias al trabajo y crecimiento de toda su gente. David Casanova, (Ex Director General de Amway América Latina) habló de temas que a todos nos ayudarán para desarrollar nuestro negocio de Multinivel.
On the podium again Alfredo Orozco released the results of the month of December. It was the best month in the history of Ardyss International. We recorded an increase of 58% recruitment of new distributors in the company. We then showed the results of the rank advancement in which they showed that Ardyss continues to make history thanks to the job and growth of all the team. David Casanova (Ex-General Director of Amway America Latina) talked about topics that will help all of us develop a successful multilevel business.

Una vez concluido este interesante tema, subió al escenario el Sr. Mike Potillo, Vicepresidente de Networkmarketing, quien nos habló de uno de los temas más relevantes, el Nuevo Pool Presidencial, en donde los rangos presidenciales (Presidente, Ejecutivo, Platino y Diamante) tienen la oportunidad de acceder a este nuevo bono extra con una operación sencilla y automatizada; la cual puede ser auto-supervisable en el Back Office.

Después de este emotivo momento, nos habló sobre el Crucero en las Islas Bahamas, premio que será otorgado a todos aquellos presidentes que ganen el Pool Presidencial en el período de Enero a Julio; sin duda una experiencia inolvidable. La emotividad se mantuvo cuando el Sr. Mike Potillo expuso el tema de la Escuela Presidencial, herramienta básica que nos ayudará a crear más y mejores nuevos Presidentes. Los requisitos para participar en ella son alcanzar el Rango de Gerente-A, Gerente-B ó Director en el período de Enero a Abril ya que la Escuela está programada para el mes de Junio de este mismo año.

El turno de subir al escenario fue del Sr. Alejandro Díaz de León, quien nos habló de nuestra visión corporativa y los distintos medios tecnológicos con los que la empresa cuenta para crecer en este año. Nos habló de nuestro gran programa Power Start, y de la importancia de aumentar las ganancias de los distribuidores.
It was now Mr. Alejandro Diaz de Leon’s turn to take the stage. He shared our corporate vision for 2009 and beyond as well as the different means of technology in which the company implemented to experience explosive grow this year. He talked about our great Power Start program, and the importance to increase the earnings of the distributors.

At the end of the Presidential Congress something unexpected and touching happened that made the group feel deep emotions and the tears poured.

eniendo como escenario la ciudad de los Ángeles California, el pasado 14 de Enero, se llevó a cabo El Evento de Capacitación para el Mercado Hispano.
En esta reunión se contó con la presencia de la más grande líder del mercado Americano en Ardyss: Dorothy Cook (Equipo Presidente Platino) quién felizmente compartió sus estrategias, experiencias y logros con los más de 60 asistentes, quienes bastantes motivadas y con metas bien definidas para este 2009, no dejaron de ovacionarla. Beatriz Guzmán (Presidente Ejecutivo) fungió como anfitriona, también estuvo presente su líder María Trujillo (Equipo Presidente Diamante) ambas reconocieron la enorme capacidad y liderazgo que posee Dorothy Cook, y le extendieron la invitación para repetir la experiencia. Uno de los momentos más emotivos, fue cuando en el salón del Hotel May Fair se comenzó a escuchar el tema “Somos el Mundo”, cuya letra exhorta a la unión de razas. La emoción fue tal que algunos de los asistentes entre ellos Dorothy, no pudieron contener las lágrimas.
