H ola, mi nombre es María Gaeta. Llegué a los Estados Unidos en abril de 1991, vivía en un garaje en el Este de los Ángeles. En octubre de 1992 conocí al Lic. Antonio Díaz de León, en esa misma fecha me integré a Ardyss. En una ocasión, el Lic. Díaz de León, me visitó en el apartamento donde vivía en Southgate, al ver el lugar me dijo: “¿Aquí vives?” le presenté a mis hijos, le platiqué de mis sueños e ilusiones y él me dijo: cuenta conmigo. El 14 de febrero día del amor y la amistad inauguramos la primera oficina en Southgate, me acuerdo muy bien que ese día, sucedió algo que marcó mi vida de manera positiva. Eran las 9:30 a.m. y me encontraba en compañía de la Sra. Armida Fonseca de Díaz de León teníamos previsto cortar el listón a las 10:00 a.m. Me encontraba nerviosa, miraba el reloj y eran las 10:30 y no había llegado nadie, a las 10:55 de repente llegaron cerca de 100 personas, yo estaba muy impresionada y ya no cabíamos en la oficina. Finalmente a las 11:00 am, se inauguró, se cortó el listón. Al abrir las puertas de la nueva oficina se abrían también mis expectativas de vida y mi deseo de crecer como persona en todos los aspectos. Trabajando de manera intensa en 1993 conocí Sudamérica y Europa. En Agosto de 1994, adquirí mi primer casa, tenía 3 recámaras, 2 ½ baños y un garaje para dos autos. En ese momento me di cuenta lo maravilloso que es Ardyss Internacional y que trabajando con muchas ganas y responsabilidad los sueños se hacen realidad. Cinco años después otro sueño se cristalizó, la adquisición de mi casa en la que vivo actualmente, ésta tiene 7 recámaras, cocina, 5 baños, aquí vivo con mis hijos de manera confortable y con mucha felicidad. Tuve la oportunidad también de integrarme más a esta empresa maravillosa y recorrí toda la Unión Americana incluyendo Puerto Rico, siempre llevando el concepto de Ardyss en Bienestar y Salud. Mi siguiente objetivo, es tener un rancho con 100 acres y también delegar en mis hijos la bendición que es y será Ardyss International quien ha marcado para mi, grandes logros y satisfacciones en mi vida. Dios bendiga a esta gran empresa por 100 años más que son los que me quedan por vivir. Estoy tan convencida que con Ardyss sí se logra cualquier sueño.

H ello, my name is Maria Gaeta. I first came to the United States in April 1991. I used to live in a garage in the east of L.A. In October 1992, I met Mr. Antonio Díaz de León, at that same time, I integrated myself into Ardyss. He who once visited my apartment where I lived in Southgate, who asked “you live here” when he saw the place. I introduced him to my children, I told him about my dreams and hopes and he said “you can count on me”. On February 14th, Valentine’s Day, we opened the first office in Southgate. I remember something happened that day that changed my life in a very good way. I will tell you about it. It was probably 9:30 am and I was with Mrs. Armida Fonseca Díaz de León, we had planned to cut the ribbon at 10:00 am. I was nervous, I looked at the clock and it was 10:30 and nobody had showed up. It was already 10:55 and from nowhere, close to 100 people arrived. I was speechless because of the impression to see that all of a sudden, we didn’t fit in the office. It was finally opened at 11:00 and the ribbon was cut. By opening the doors to the office, my life expectancy doors opened as well and my desire to grow as a person in every way. Working in an intense way in 1993 I was in South America and Europe. By August next year, I bought my first house, it already had 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms and a garage for 2 cars. At that moment I realized how wonderful Ardyss International is and that by working with a lot of responsibility, dreams are achieved. 5 years later, another dream came true, the acquisition of my house in which I live in right now. This house has 7 bedrooms, a kitchen, and 5 bathrooms. Really big in general in which my children and I live in very comfortably and with a lot of happiness. I also had the opportunity to be more integrated in this wonderful company and I toured the entire United States including Puerto Rico taking Ardyss’ concept of well being and Health. My next objective is to have 100-acre ranch and inherit in my children the blessing Ardyss International is and always will be. It has marked me with great achievements and satisfactions in my life. God bless this company for 100 years more which I have left to live. I am fully convinced that with Ardyss any dream can be achieved.

“Pertenecemos a una gran familia donde trabajamos como dice el refrán: “todos para uno y uno para todos”
P ara el mes de abril de 2008 recibí la invitación para unirme a la compañía Ardyss International. Siendo sincero al principio tuve cierto recelo, pues mi línea de negocios siempre han sido las prendas. En ese momento estaba buscando un ingreso adicional pues hoy día, con el alto costo de vida, el trabajo con el gobierno no resulta suficiente para los gastos ordinarios. Adopté el slogan de Ardyss: “Una cita con Ardyss cambiará tu vida” y comencé a trabajar con empeño y con el compromiso de ver realizado en mí, ese cambio prometido. Con gran orgullo y placer, testifico que en mi primer mes de trabajo terminé el Ardyss Quick en tan sólo tres semanas y cerré el mes pasando de Supervisor a Gerente. Con la confianza puesta en mí y con la ayuda incondicional y constante del señor Carlos Camuy, la señora Carmen Hidalgo y el personal de la oficina, me propuse cerrar el mes de mayo como Director y gracias a ellos y a mi excelente grupo de trabajo se logró la meta por lo cual recibiré mi bono triple y otras promociones adicionales. A pril 2008, I received the invitation to join Ardyss International. To be honest, I did it with suspicion because my business area had always been reshaping girdles. At the moment, I was searching for additional income. For today, with the high cost of life, work with the government does not seem to be enough for our ordinary expenses. I made the Ardyss slogan mine: “A date with Ardyss will change your life” and I started working with the effort and compromise to see myself finished with that promised change. It’s with pride and pleasure that I testify that in my first month, I closed jumping the supervisor position and closing as manager. With the confidence put in me and with the unconditional help of Mr. Carlos Camuy, Mrs. Carmen Hidalgo and other office personnel I proposed myself to close the month of May as Director and thanks to them and my excellent work team, the goal was met and I will receive my triple bonus and other additional promotions. Companions, I don’t have to tell you that we belong to a great family where we work as the saying says: all for one and one for all. Our objective is not only to change our lives but also help others undertake our way so they know and taste the success as we do with Ardyss.

In March I was contacted by my friend Carmen Hidalgo who gives me the opportunity to enroll. Immediately, I started to contact those wonderful leaders that always follow and trust in blind folded. In my first month, I ended up in the first positions of the star distributor and I closed May with more than 20,000 points, which made me a director. Soon, we will be visiting Las Vegas, Nevada with an excellent group from the west of Puerto Rico. We will participate in the Business School and will have the opportunity to visit the office and meet the people that day by day helped us begin reaching all our dreams. “Con la ayuda de mi equipo, me hice Presidente en 2 meses, practicando unos sencillos pasos.”
P ara aquellos que dicen que no puede lograrse, sí se puede. Soy el 3er presidente americano y sí, lo hice en 2 meses. Desde niña mis abuelos plantaron una semilla de fe y amor que me alienta y me lleva a enfrentar cualquier situación. Me detengo en la cita 11:24 que dice: “Pregunta lo que sea cuando reces, cree en tu corazón, recibirás.” Entonces me despierto cada mañana y recito mis consignas diarias: Míralo, Créelo, Alcánzalo. Para mi, el silencio no es una opción. Con la ayuda de mi equipo, me hice Presidente en 2 meses, practicando unos sencillos pasos. Enfrenta el objetivo, reza para guiarte, escucha la voz interior (EL ESPÍRITU SANTO). Una vez que escuches la voz, no te comprometas, escucha, cree en tu corazón, si Dios te da la VISIÓN, él te dará las herramientas. Nunca dudes de ti mismo. La planta se alimenta diario. Y finalmente, desconéctate de la gente negativa y únete a la gente positiva. Un físico te dirá: “somos lo que comemos.” Bien, la misma regla se aplica para las relaciones, si nos conectamos con energía negativa, eventualmente nos conformaremos con modales negativos. Una vez que la persona domina esos elementos, el cielo es el límite. Mi prioridad nunca fue ser Presidente, sino asegurarme que la gente que inscribía cumpliera sus objetivos. Estoy convencida de que si ayudo a otros a alcanzar sus sueños, Dios hará los mis realidad. Creer en uno es la clave, pero más importante es creer y alentar a otros a abrir cada puerta. Un acto de amabilidad para alguien tiene el poder de cambiar su vida para siempre. “Justo como una cita con Ardyss”. Gracias, especialmente a mis equipos en SC, NC, GA, FL, NJ, CA, TX y a la representante de Servicio al Cliente, Carmen Romero. Yo no podía haber llegado a la cima sin su amor y apoyo. Finalmente, me gustaría agradecer a la principal persona que me inspiró y me empujó a ir por más. Mi mentora, madre espiritual y querida amiga, Dorothy Cook.

To me, quitting is not an option. “With the help of my team, I made President in two months by practicing a few simple steps. Invision the goal, pray for direction, listen to the inner voice (THE HOLY SPIRIT). Once you hear the voice, DON”T COMPROMISE, LISTEN. Believe in your heart that if God gives you the VISION, he will give you the PROVISION. Never doubt yourself. Plant seeds daily. And finally, disconnect yourself from negative people and connect yourself to positive people. A physician will tell you, we are what we eat.
