The Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) is your platform to voice quality-of-life issues, feedback, ideas, and suggestions. This excellent forum allows you to let Army leadership know what works, what doesn’t, and how you think problems can be resolved. Commander and Senior NCO FAP Training Wednesday, 3, 10, 17 & 24 February, 1430-1530 ACS, Bldg. 2451 Required deskside briefing for Commanders and Senior NCO’s in accordance with AR 608-18, on command policy, dynamics of Family conflict and violence, identification, and reporting procedures. Learn the referral process to community resources to assist your soldiers. Training is conducted every Wednesday, but other dates are available.

FINANCIAL READINESS PROGRAM
The Financial Readiness Program offers educational classes, seminars, workshops, group counseling, face to face counseling, and support services to assist Service Members along with their Families, Unit Commanders, First Sergeants, and DOD Civilians with financial planning and debt management. Camp Casey ACS Financial Classes 9 February (Every 2nd Tuesday of the Month): First Term Budget Class, 0930 - 1030 at ACS, Bldg. 2451 If you are a Service Member arriving at Camp Casey for an advance Initial Training (AIT), please contact the ACS Financial Readiness Program Manager to complete the required class. 17 February: Army Emergency Relief Kick-Off/Project Officers Training 1300-1600 at Casey Warrior’s Club Campaign supplies will be issued; Army Emergency Relief Campaign runs from 1 March – 15 May. Please contact ACS Camp Casey Army Emergency Relief Officer at 7221577/1578. 23 February: Handing Debt and Maintain Good Credit 0900-1000 at ACS, Bldg. 2451 Do you know how long it would take to pay off a credit card balance of $500 at 18.9 percent interest by making only minimum monthly payments of $10 and is having trouble paying your creditors; then this is the class you need to sign-up. Don’t wait until your accounts have been turned over to a debt collector. Take action immediately by contacting the ACS Financial Readiness Program Manager. 24 February: Make-up Date for Army Emergency Relief (AER) Project Officers Training Budget Development: Please contact ACS directly to coordinate a one-on-one or a unit class for all First Term Service Members. * Objective Personal Financial Counseling is available free from an Accredited Financial Counselor. ARMY EMERGENCY RELIEF – HELPING THE ARMY TO TAKE CARE OF SOLDIERS
Army Emergency Relief (AER) provides emergency assistance to Active Duty Service Members, their Families, and Retired Service Members. AER location is ACS, BLDG 2451. After regular duty hour 0730-1630, on weekends or holidays, through the American Red Cross Call Center by calling 877-272-7337 or from DSN: 94, then 877-272-7337. AER Command and Troop Training are available upon
request by contacting ACS at 722-1577/1578.
EXCEPTIONAL FAMILY MEMBER PROGRAM (EFMP)
Services offered include: Information and Referral, Command Sponsorship Program.
RELOCATION READINESS PROGRAM
Lending Closet: Service Members and DA Civilians can check out items for an initial 30 days with a copy of your PCS orders. Current items available are dishes, pots, pans, and other household items. Extensions may be granted for extenuating circumstances. All items MUST be cleaned prior to returning. Stop in to see what is available at ACS, Building 2451.
