VERANDAH
• The verandah flooring is damaged at some areas.
• So it may be repaired by cement slurry or whole flooring may be replaced by Kota stone or Earth stone flooring.
• Also ceiling is not in good condition as paint and plaster is damaged at some areas. So, it may be re-plastered and re-paint with waterproof paint.

• Verandah space can be used as open classroom.
• For safety of children the 2 sides which are open can be covered with railing.
• Bamboo railing or natural wood railing may be used as boundary for open classroom.
CLASSROOMS
• Internal walls of classrooms are not in good condition as wall plaster is damaged due to leakage in rainy days.
• It may be re plastered with wall putti and repainted.
• Exterior walls paint is in bad condition as paint is damaged at some areas and it needs modification.
• Waterproof Paint can be used on external walls.
• Principal’s room cabinet is open and may be covered with sliding doors.
• As walls may be repainted . So, teaching aids and social messages may be painted on classroom walls and verandah walls to improve education quality.
• Some window shutters are broken so it may be repaired or replaced by sal or teak wood.
• Chicken mesh on windows are damaged and it may be replaced by new one.
• Furniture kept in 2nd classroom which is now used as kitchen space is not in good condition as some benches are loose and top board is damaged due to water.
• So it may be repaired or replace by new furniture.
• Black board need to placed on wall.
• Out of 3 toilets only one toilet is in usable condition and it is used by both girls and boys.
• Remaining 2 toilets need modification because door of one toilet is broken and one toilet is locked.
• So, both the toilets can be repaired and can be opened again for use.
TOILET
KITCHEN & STORE ROOM
• Presently the 2nd classroom is used as Kitchen.
• So, new structure for kitchen space and dining may be built on the site.
• Also drinking water purifier may be provided at Kitchen space.
• New store room may be built near kitchen.
• As there is no washing area, drinking water tank may be converted into washing area for students to clean their utensils after breakfast and lunch.
• Also new structure for kitchen may come near this tank.
• Back side of school is not in usable condition as grass and various shrubs have grown and not been cut and also bricks are lying on the ground.
• So the ground may be cleaned and bricks may be stored in store room for children to play safely.
• Grass may be cleared and pathway of paving blocks can be made for better circulation and segregation of playing area and circulation area.
• Playing area can be equipped with swings, slides, see-saw, etc.
SITE DEVELOPMENT
• There is no flag hoisting pole for the celebration of independence day or republic day.
• Only steps for pole are constructed next to verandah steps.
• It may shift to the left side of school. So, students will get more space during hoisting ceremony.
• Compound wall is in bad condition as the surface of wall is covered with algae due to rain.
• It may be painted with some graphics.
• There is no motor connection for overhead tank. Water is raised by pipe through taps on compound wall.
• So, Motor can be installed at one permanent place.
