Year after year, our Extended Tirage Brut is one of North America’s most acclaimed wines. Over the past ten vintages it has been named one of the top 25 wines in the world four times in Wine Spectator’s annual “Top 100” list—including three consecutive vintages.

When Argyle was established more than 30 years ago by our pioneering founder Rollin Soles, his goal was to make sparkling wines that could stand alongside the greatest wines from Champagne. In the 1980s, at the recommendation of his friend, legendary Bollinger Vintner Christian Bizot, Rollin began crafting special “Extended Tirage” bottlings similar to Bollinger’s own revered Bollinger R.D. Aged on the lees for an extraordinary 10 years and disgorged on demand for release, our Extended Tirage wines have earned renown as some of the New World’s greatest sparkling wines. They offer incomparable depth, richness and complexity.
