BUY TO LET Some of our owners have decided that they would like to earn extra income from their lodge when they are not using it. At Fritton Lake we can include your lodge with our own holiday lettings, booked exclusively through Hoseasons, the largest holiday operator in the UK.Whether you want to let for a few weeks to cover your running costs, run a small business with permanent all year round lettings or somewhere in between, we can help. HOLIDAY BOOKINGS Holiday bookings at Fritton Lake are organised solely through Hoseasons so that we can ensure the quality of our guests. Like you we do not want unruly holidaymakers on the park, and we like customers to respect both ours and your, home. Hoseasons make a charge for organising bookings, seeing guests on arrival, handover of keys, and cleaning of your lodge in between holiday breaks .These costs are deducted at source so that the income you earn is all yours.We would expect an average return on your investment averaging a healthy 5.75% per annum. CANWE BUY A LODGE SOLELY TO LET ? Yes you can, some of our owners let there lodge all year round and earn a good income from it.This appeals to some people as there is no work to do. How to get here By road: From Norwich (30mins) - Take the A146 turn off at Hales.Turn left at Haddiscoe then on the A143. From London (2.5hrs approx.) take the M11, A11 towards Norwich, take the A146 to Lowestoft and then A143 Beccles Rd towards GreatYarmouth. By rail: Somerleyton Station is 1.6 miles from the Hall (no taxi or bus service available). River access: 20 public moorings are available outside the Duke’s Head Pub – a short walk from The Hall and Gardens. By air: Norwich international airport is 40 mins drive with regular services to Amsterdam, Paris and Manchester.
