UNITED TRACTORS
United Tractors headquarters project was the result from a competition held by ASTRA Indonesia LTD. This building interprets the excavator as the analogy to represent the power and flexibility of ASTRA identity. This project located in the existing ASTRA office, therefore surrounding environment and development phase become fundamental concern in this project. Another concerns that required within the project is green issue. LEED requirement is necessary to be applied throughout the entire part, including architecture, interior and landscape. Inner court, aerofins, green wall, and double glazed windows are several ways to achieve zero energy in this building.

PENINSULA HOTEL Peninsula Hotel located in the heritage building nearby Yangon Central Railway Station. It was a former Myanmar railway headquarter building and was built on 1890’s. The concept is to keep the original facade including its materials such as: literate, bricks, cast irons, and timber. The architectural interventions occur in structure and inside the building. In addition to the heritage building,a new pavilion entrance has been designed in order to create a connector between a new building and the old building. It also aims to generate the good proportion and scale for human being.
