UNITED TRACTORS

United Tractors headquarters project was the result from a competition held by ASTRA Indonesia LTD. This building interprets the excavator as the analogy to represent the power and flexibility of ASTRA identity. This project located in the existing ASTRA office, therefore surrounding environment and development phase become fundamental concern in this project. Another concerns that required within the project is green issue. LEED requirement is necessary to be applied throughout the entire part, including architecture, interior and landscape. Inner court, aerofins, green wall, and double glazed windows are several ways to achieve zero energy in this building.
