light to the green ( a garden light) the site is situated at cuet near to the golchottor of the student sector. from the entry the structure indicates the 3 roads for the students uses.1st one indicates the entry, 2nd one indicates the departments & the 3rd one indicates the dorm. the 3 bars of the structure of my design indicates those 3 roads.

the path connection of the assisted living & the classroom zone is made from the concept of maze. special children loves to solve maze type games. it might be make them interested to go to the class room from the living area.

autism behavior hyper > high stimulus is for hyper users. they are not capable to study. they need educational therapy.

> low stimulus is for hypo user. it is the 2nd stage for autistic behavior. they can study on their way. > transition between hyper & hypo

my concept is to put an centralized functional design character at the hyper & hypo section in my design. where my functions towards to a center & I made that center open shaded & put a stair on it. that stair will work as a center of attraction to my children. thus my children can easily find their respective places from the pointing of that center.

all the backup walls of this building prevent the sound & make the building more acquistic. these walls will also minimize the glare of direct sunlight. sounds & glare are responsible for the distraction of their concentration for study.

MAXIMUM SEA VIEW SUITS

THE SITE OF THIS HOTEL IS VERY NEARLY TO THE INANI BEACH. THERE ARE LOTS OF CRAB CRIPPING AROUND THE BEACH. THIS CREATES A AMAZING SENARIO TO WATCH OUT. MY CONCEPT IS BEGAN FROM THE STRUCTURE OF THE CRAB.

the highrise is designed for the low income people. the site is at agrabad, chittagong where exits a slum area. the highrise is also a rehabilitation for the slum area people. the flat requirement is 300sft per family. here I designed two types of flat. one is a grade flat and the other is b grade flat. a grade is for low income people and b grade is for slum area people. b grade flats are 500sft per family. there are 200 car parking facilities for the commercial zone.

the commercial zone is for markets and other commercial activities. the requirement was the people who will live in that highrise they can earn money by using the commercial zone.
