COLLINS COMMERCIAL by TRINITI LAND Positioned in a high-traffic location, PT. Triniti Land pioneered the development of a commercial district that draws large crowds due to its multipurpose building functions, including apartments and mixed-use buildings that are proposed for future development. In order to facilitate the smooth transition between these two purposes, the commercial area is designed to be the center of attention, attracting in passerby and acting as the connection between the apartment building and the upcoming mixed-use development. The mass of the building is arranged fluidly to adapt to how people move through the area. The building’s shape is intended to avoid monotony, with a stacked mass configuration that produce a variety of building module permutations and options for the operators who will occupy the facilities.

IMS GBK Located in the historical site of Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex, IMS GBK is obligated to put respect to the surrounding buildings. Therefore, repetition of vertical columns, slanted roof canopy, and white-painted finish are chosen as building’s podium expression, as an attempt to create story by appreciate history. A manifestation of Indonesia’s ambition to be able to once again host international sporting events at the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup. This building upholds the vision to mark an era of significant public building development to accommodate the multifunction facilities for the community while carrying out the mission to provide the highest respect for cultural heritage at the GBK Sports Complex.

PGI HOLYWINGS Set in Southern part of Jakarta, Along Jalan Panjang, the location will enjoy some majestic view of Jakarta central CBD, and western part of Jakarta Business Area from the elevated floor. The Tower sculpted to follow setback while the podium and site plan designed with embraceable wings pose and oval shaped 360º vehicular access with front and rear drop off lobby. Court yard divides commercial and multipurpose hall and will usher the visitor to the main lobby.

Located on one of the main streets in Jakarta named "Jalan Panjang". This building is expected to rise to 20 floors that contain some functions like offices, public commercials, and penthouses dedicated to a well-known brand, Holywings Indonesia. This building is philosophically designed with "the intertwine" concept that is extracted from two embracing wings.

GLS OFFICE This mid-rise building originally was composed by stacking boxes of floor with aluminium fins. The building form managed to accommodate the formal office program requirements, while still providing a twist on the intersected massing on lower part of building. Every floor level of the building facade is intended to have a different arrangement of glass modules to create exterior gradations look of the building.

BPR UNIVERSAL HEADQUARTERS This mid-rise building originally was composed to allow lots of pocket outdoor spaces created by stacking boxes of floors, wrapped within outer glass box with aluminium fins. The building form managed to accommodate the formal office program requirements, while still providing a twist on the ‘upper box’ area to provide orientation towards the best view.

The building facade serves as a mass container to accommodate numerous internal activities. It then transforms into cantilevers massing to give the gentle architectural impression and break the rigidity of the facade shell. Creating a segregated illusion of stacking boxes in a complete and unified entity. This building design is made to communicate with its surroundings as much as possible. Each cantilever massing box is strategically located at varying levels and corners, providing a distinct point of interest in each view
