A Bus stop makes an important contribution to the overall publictravelexperience.Theaimwastocreateaconceptina modern and durable design with quality proven materials A majorfeatureistocreateaflexibleyetusefuldesignthatwould easilyadapttothelocalneedswithoutweakeningcontextand identity Thedesigncaterstotheneedsofthepassengers Kolkata generally pertains to have a tropical wet and dry climate, with summers being hot and humid and winters generally lasting for about two months. Therefore, Shading is themostimportantrequirement.Localmaterialsarecheap,so we didn’t try to do anything beyond that since it has to be constructed in numbers. We tried focusing more on the requirements of a bus stand and how would it cater to the needsofthepassengersusingit.Hencewecameupwithnot onlyaminimalbutafunctionaldesign
