$2 Million In Prizes Up For Grabs With The Arizona Lottery’s Million Dollar Giveaway

Now in its 5th consecutive year, the Arizona Lottery’s Million Dollar Giveaway promotion is giving players more ways to win. From March 1 through April 30, players can enter tickets that each cost $20 or more into the Arizona Lottery Players Club app or on the Players Club website for a chance to win a grand prize of $1 million. And new this year – the Arizona Lottery is giving away more prizes, totaling an additional $1 million. So, altogether, $2 million is up for grabs!

“This year’s Million Dollar Giveaway is more exciting than ever, especially since we’ve introduced the new $50 Scratchers® game, ‘500X’,“ said Arizona Lottery Executive Director, Gregg Edgar. “And, with every ‘500X’ ticket being eligible for entry into our Million Dollar Giveaway, all players now have even more chances to win.”

Last month, Arizona became one of only a handful of states in the U.S. to offer a $50 Scratchers ticket. Available at participating Arizona Lottery retailers across the state, the $50 “500X” game gives players the chance to win up to $5 million with the scratch of a single ticket. The exciting new game offers nine top prizes of $5 million as well as opportunities for players to multiply their prizes up to 500 times. There are over $310 million in prizes and each win is worth at least $50. Overall odds of winning are 2.51 to 1 with this game with 35 chances to win on every ticket, making it a sure-fire hit with players from across the state. In addition to the $50 “500X” game, more than a dozen Scratchers games are also eligible for the Million Dollar Giveaway, including fan favorites like $20 “$215 Cash Explosion”, $25 “Triple Bonus Crossword” and $30 “Ultimate Millions.”

Two Fast Play™ games are also eligible for the Million Dollar Giveaway promotion, “Extreme Green” and “Mega Multiplier.” Draw games such as Triple Twist, The Pick, Fantasy 5, Pick 3, Powerball and Mega Millions, as well as Quick Draw™ games are also eligible. All tickets that cost $20 and up qualify for entry.

Four drawings will be held during the promotion and each will include one winner of $100,000, 1 winner of $50,000, 3 winners of $10,000, 4 winners of $5,000, and 100 winners of $500 egift cards. The final drawing will include the grand prize where one lucky winner will take home $1 million.

Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino Promotes Two Long-Time Employees April Stovall & Melissa Rowberry

Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino, part of Caesars Entertainment and the state’s only tribal casino to have an international management partner, just announced the promotion of April Stovall to Director of Facilities and Surveillance and Melissa Rowberry to Database Marketing and Advertising Manager.

In her new role, Stovall will continue to oversee surveillance, engineering, utilities and act as the liaison between the construction companies and internal operations with the added responsibility of managing environmental cleaning services.

Rowberry will manage the direct marketing team, responsible for building successful marketing campaigns and monthly outreach strategies that will drive traffic and build brand awareness for the property. In addition, Rowberry will oversee all advertising efforts.

“Both April and Melissa are long-time Harrah’s Ak-Chin employees and are deserving of the promotion and increase in responsibilities,” said Michael Kintner, Senior Vice President and General Manager. “It is always a pleasure to recognize stellar employees in this way.”
