Bingo Is Back At Gila River Resorts & Casinos—Vee Quiva!
On Friday, April 28, the newly renovated bingo hall at the Vee Quiva location opened for a soft opening for Gila River Indian Community elders. The elders were eager and excited for the reopening of bingo. With daubers and mini trolls in hand, they were ready to pick up their favorite activity at Vee Quiva. The elders were surprised with giveaways, complimentary snacks and Gila River Resorts & Casinos bingo merchandise including t-shirts and jackets. The local tribal council also joined in on the fun for the Gila River Indian Community Day.
Following the community soft opening, Vee Quiva kicked off Cinco de Mayo weekend with a grand opening extravaganza. On the morning of the official grand opening, there was a line of hundreds of people waiting for the doors to open for the first session of the day. With giveaways, food and music all weekend, Vee Quiva was the place to be for bingo lovers.
New additions to the space include large television screens displaying the bingo numbers, snack bar and drink area along with a DJ booth for the weekends.
