Mr. Kroger’s experience includes large assembly buildings, newspaper plants, hospitality, medical, banks, schools, car dealerships and multifamily residential. His responsibilities cover all aspects of the architectural planning and construction process. Mr Kroger is practiced in all aspects of architecture.

With art as an educational platform, he has a creative eye and contributes a range of artistic abilities to the team.

Mr. Yerrakadu served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development for an organization with a portfolio of projects and holdings that included beach front timeshares, hotel-condominium towers, townhouses, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Mr. Yerrakadu also consulted for a leading Tampa Bay Non for Profit organization that did free renovations for homeowners in need. What started as a volunteer role with a 2 person team grew into a key leadership position of 12 and the renovation of over 100 homes for families in need.
