Yummy Peanut Sauce
Ingredients

1 cup of white beans (preferably cannilenni)
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 TBSP peanut butter
3 TBSP rice vinegar
1 TBSP lime juice
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, adding water (1 TBSP at a time) slowly until you reach the desired thickness
Cover in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator. The sauce will thicken over time.
Add water to thin.
