Pumps need attention At ITT Water & Wastewater we are continually striving to find ways to improve our customer experience. With so many of our products installed in remote locations we have identified a need for a simple service solution. To this end we have developed new systems for customers to remotely monitor and control their equipment. Combining these new system controls with our service contracts ensures the on-going quality and life of your pump whilst weekly electronic preventative checks increase the pumps operational effectiveness.
Fault finding made simple If your pump control senses a fault it will immediately send a signal via the in-built phone. Service Levels available are: Option 1. A text message or e-mail to your designated engineer or recipient. Multiple recipients can be activated to receive the alert.
Option 2. A signal from the control device sent to our customer care centre tells us to call your designated person with a request to visit the premises after having interrogated the pump on-line. You will be given the option and a quote for us to attend your pump. Option 3. We recieve all signals and carry out any necessary work meaning your pump can be repaired in the fastest possible time*. *Work carried out to a pre-agreed spend level to ensure your costs are controlled.
Link one of the above options with a ‘plus’ service contract or fixed price repair for price certainty.

Service centres Our nationwide network of service centres all have service facilities and qualiďŹ ed personnel to provide you with a superb on-site service. In an emergency, pumps, pipework and skilled staff can be on site and working within hours.
Performance testing At our Nottingham works we have extremely sophisticated facilities, to test the performance of pumps and general equipment. You can come and see how we do it, if you so wish.
Flygt design service Also at Nottingham, we offer system engineering support staffed by talented and experienced engineers. This exists to provide a design service for pumping stations, large pump installations and complete pumping systems.
