Big Housing Build sets new benchmarks in social and affordable housing

The Victorian Government’s landmark $5.3 billion Big Housing Build investment will deliver 12,000 new social and affordable homes by 2027. These new homes set new standards in environmentally sustainable design, modern comfort and mixed neighbourhoods that integrate seamlessly with local communities.

Homes Victoria is committed to making sure the Big Housing Build delivers social benefit across Victoria. Our program will create 40,000 jobs, with $1.38 billion to be invested in regional economies.
