You are what you eat. Sometimes what we eat soon reflects on our bodies, either the outer appearance or our general state of health and well-being. Healthy food recipes are becoming popular now that more and more people are starting to opt to remove what’s bad for them and replacing with what is good. Fish, in general, is a healthy food.
