Healthy dishes aren’t hard to find. Contrary to popular belief, healthy does not necessarily mean bland, tasteless, or boring. There are healthy recipes that with just the right combination, they can be just as delicious as the “sinful” ones we’re all used to. Fish, for example, may be something tasty that it would be hard to think that it’s the healthier choice to go, especially for those watching their weight or in special diets. One such fish is the pollock, a finely textured and delicate fish of the pod family. This is a very delicious and healthy fish with very tasty white meat that flakes easily when cooked well in fish recipes. This is a fish that even when prepared in a simple manner can be extraordinarily delicious when eaten. Steaming is a very healthy way to cook pollock, as nutrients aren’t usually leached out in this manner.
