Method of preparation Take a Âź cup of water, two teaspoons of fenugreek seeds. Boil the seeds in for few minutes and strain it. Blend the boiled seeds in the mixture into a fine paste and eat twice a day this paste every day in the morning and evening with empty stomach.
3. Eat Bananas
Though most of the people believe that eating bananas may cause blood pressure increase due to the potassium contents of it. In reality the upping the amount of potassium in their diet reduces the amount of sodium from the blood streams.
