Production. Behind the scenes.

Printing

During the recycling stage at our toner factory, we disassemble each empty toner, clean it, and fit it with new wear parts. We then test each cartridge individually in the printer it will be used in.

1. Replacing the photoconductor. We first clean the toner cartridge and replace the photoconductor. This is an important step in guaranteeing the toner's print quality.

2. Replacing the chip. We replace the identification chip and clean the PCR (primary charge roller). Once cleaned, the rollers are reinserted.

3. Filling the toner cartridge. Before the final check, each toner is filled with the appropriate colour.

4. Performing quality control (ISO standard). Before delivery, each cartridge is tested with twelve test printsÂ according to the ISO standards 19752 and 19798.
