THE FACTORY 5TH TERM PROJECT
This Academic project is a proposal project for a new Executive Centre at 55 McCormick Avenue in London, Ontario. The existing heritage structure is seen as an opportunity to contribute to the history of the city and add value to this project, respecting its characteristics and suggesting new uses and demands. The new additions include the link and the commercial right wing of the building. The architectural concept for this proposal is to use modern materials, such as ACM panels, vision glass curtain walls, exposed black metal structures and new type of standard brick.

SCANDINAVIAN KITCHEN PROFESSIONAL WORK This project was built by Details Renovation and Design, and the millwork was designed and installed by The Wood Studio London. The clients for this project requested a minimalistic approach and design for all rooms in this beautiful house in Denfield. To accomplish this proposal, it was important to maintain a functional and elegant design. The proposed finishes included two contrast tones of Shinnoki veneer, and a functional and elegant design. The overall scope of work includes millwork shop drawings for the kitchen, pantry, laundry, en-suite vanity and two additional vanities (secondary washrooms). The millwork set of drawings were developed with the purpose to communicate all the information required for the cabinet makers accomplish the design proposed by Elias Polizoes, designer and owner of The Wood Studio. The clients also asked for 3D renders of the main spaces to show the overall idea of each space. EN-SUITE PROFESSIONAL WORK
The en-suite was designed and built by Details Renovation and Design, the vanity was designed and installed by The Wood Studio. The scope of this work was to develop the millwork shop drawings for the vanity and 3D realistic renders for the entire space, showing all finishes and fixtures .
