HAVING COURSES FASION TECHNOLOGY AND VISUAL ARTS. THE CAMPUS IS HAVING AN APPROX STUDENTS OF 400. THE CAMPUS IS DESIGNED AROUND A CENTRAL KNOWLEDGE CENTER.THE ACADAMIC BLOCK IS PROVIDED WITH WORKSHOPS, LECTURE HALLS AND OPEN SEMINAR SPACES.

THE LOUNGE SPACE INSIDE THE WORKSHOP BLOCK IS CREATED TO ACHIEVE AN OPEN INTERACTIVE SPACE FOR DIFFERENT COURSE STUDENTS TO SHARE THEIR SKILLSETS AND LEARN NEW TECHNIQUES.

A lounge space is created in the workshop block to create a space for all course students to interact and share their different skillsets and ideas. These spaces can also help in acting as a common space for workshop breifings and interaction of different course students.

SLUM REDEVELOPMENT
REDEVELOPMENT OF FORMAL HOUSING PROJECT DONE TO CHANGE THE CURRENT CONDITION AND LIVING STANDARD OF RESIDENTS OF LOCK NAGAR CHENNAI. NEW ELEMENTS ARE INTRODUCED TO ACHIEVE A MUCH MORE QUALITY SPACE. THE PLAN OF EACH MODULE FROM THE FORMAL HOUSING IS SLIGHTLY CHANGED IN A WAY THAT IT ISMORE SPACIOUS AND CONVENIENT.THE WALL SEPARATING THE KITCHEN IS TAKEN DOWN GIVING SHELVES MAKING IT AN OPEN KITCHEN. A BAY WINDOW IS GIVEN ON THE SIDE OF THE KITCHEN GIVING MORE SPACE AND VENTILATION. FLOWER POTS AROUND THE HOUSE I’D PROVIDED WITH A SPACIOUS BALCONY ON THE OTHER SIDE THE BEDROOM IS DESIGNED IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE LOWER BED OF THE BUNK BED IS FOLDABLE

The modular arrangements were done by stacking the 3 in an effective way so that within the limited area we can give them maximum space for daily life and not to make it congested.
The arrangements are carefully done in such a way that if any of the housing module require any future expansion, room has been left out for that.
The arrangements are in such a way that they do not form any back yard space or unused are which will probably lead to littering.

THIS IS A FIVE STAR HOTEL PROJECT AT THODUPUZHA, KERALA ,INDIA. THE PROJECT AIMS AT CREATING A LUXURY SPACE FOR BOTH THE NATIVES AS WELL AS TOURISTS. THE PROJECT CONSIST OF 112 ROOMS, 20 SUITES , 3 BANQUET HALLS, A MICHELLIN STAR

THE SITE IS HAVING A MAJOR ELEMENT TOWARDS ITS WEST WHICH IS A LARGE RIVER. THE COOL BREEZE AND THE VIEWS TOWARDS THE RIVER IS UTILIZED BY CREATING A FORM WHICH CAN PROCURE ITS ELEMENTS. THE SHAPE ALLOWS TO CAPTURE THE MAJOR WINDS FROM THE SOUTHWEST DIRECTION. THE PROJECT ITSELF WAS MAINTAINED SUSTAINABLE BY REDUCING CARBON FOOTPRINT. THE ORIENTATION ALLOWS TO PROCURE LESS SOUTHERN SUN.

The typical balcony facade was changed to a different unique style which procures more views towards the adjacent elements. It could also allow more light to the rooms creating a well lit enviornment.

A new residential school in the district of kottayam. Innovative classroom ideas bring in new ways of socialising and learning. Breaking the mold oftraditional teaching but have formed new educational standards. exploring new pradigms and opening up new possibilities. Its design promotes reflective and collaborative learning which is delivered through a variety of teaching styles, whether working in small groups or one-on-one. As a response to these needs, the architects proposed an open-plan building that is organized around a central staircase; its open design forces teachers to innovate teaching methods.

The typical class room is changed to create unique ways of learning. Learning varies with each individual. Classroom learning is segregated into common, grouped and individual learning.This can create participation of each indivduals at their comfortable spaces. The classroom space is divided into three zones to achieve these ideologies.

The classroom and verendah design is changed to create unique feeling. Clustered typology is induced to create a sense of belonging. It creates a feeling of whole where the similar age group students can interact with each other to learn as well as share ideas to emerge as a good human being. The acadamic building is zoned as two large courtyards connected via a verandah.One courtyard consisting of classrooms and the other with admin block.Courtyards act as socialising hub and open learning space
