DEVELOPERS
ARS-IMAGO FD FILM DEVELOPER
The ARS -IMAGO FD FILM DEVELOPER is a highly concentrated, high energy, mildly compensating one-shot developer for processing black and white film. It fully uses the film speed and many films will show an increased (foot) film speed as well as increased E.I. with appropriate developing times. This developer produces good acutance and an accurate grain rendition without softening or excessive grain crumpling even in push processing.
ARS-IMAGO R9
HIGH CONCENTRATE
Prepared with the original Agfa Rodinal formula tested for over a hundred years, it is one of the oldest and most versatile developers ever produced, used, and known all over the world and it can boast one of the most complete collections of development chart times. This developer guarantees good contrast control and an accurate grain rendition without softening or excessive grain crumpling with excellent sharpness.

ECO DEVELOPERS
ARS-IMAGO FE
ECO FILM DEVELOPER The ars-imago FE is an ecological and universal black and white film developer. It is an ascorbic acid based, hydroquinone free and easy-mixing solution that combines fine grain and full use of film speed. It produces very sharp negatives enhancing shadow contrast and improving highlights detail.
ARS-IMAGO PE

DEVELOPERS
ARS-IMAGO MB MONOBATH
ARS-IMAGO MB MONOBATH is a highly concentrated all-in-one developer for black and white films. The solution develops and fixes at the same time with only one bath. Mix Part A with Part B to prepare the working solution which can be reused several times in two weeks. The stock solution can be also diluted 1:1 and used as one shot developer. The negatives have medium-high contrast with a good and balanced tone scale. The best results are achieved with standard cubic-grain films like Imago 320, Ilford Hp5 and Fp4, Kodak Tri-x, Rollei RPX, Fomapan or Kentmere. ars-imago MB Monobath is an easy, fast and efficient solution to develop and fix black and white films at the same time with only one chemical bath. STOP & FIX
ARS-IMAGO ST STOP BATH
ARS-IMAGO ST - ECOSTOP BATH ODOURLESS is an odourless citric acid solution that, when diluted, can be used as a universal stopper for black and white film and paper. The use of an acid stopping bath is strongly recommended to arrest the development process with immediate action. The stopping bath also helps not to contaminate the fixing process, prolonging the chemical action and increasing its durability.
ARS-IMAGO FX UNIVERSAL FIXER
ARS-IMAGO FX FIXER UNIVERSAL is a universal, non-hardener fixer for black and white film and paper; it is a highly concentrated liquid solution based on ammonium thiosulphate. Depending on the dilution, it can be used both as standard or fast fixer.

WASHING BATH
ARS-IMAGO WB WASHING BATH
ARS-IMAGO WB - WASHING BATH is a concentrated liquid wetting agent to be used as the last bath after the final rinse. The treatment makes the film anti-static and prevents limestone traces on the surface. It also has a stabilising effect and reduces the bending of the films (in particular the ones with a PET component). It lowers the drying time.
ARS-IMAGO WD
HYPO CLEANER - WASH AID ARS-IMAGO WD - HYPO CLEANER reduces the washing times of film and FB papers. Must be used after fixing and before washing. The solution helps to remove the hyposulphite and prepare the support to a faster and more effective washing, thus guaranteeing excellent results for conservation. It reduces washing times by 5 minutes for film and 15 minutes for FB papers. The use with RC papers is not recommended.

ARS-IMAGO FILM
IMAGO 320
BLACK AND WHITE FILM IMAGO 320 is a black and white film nominally rated at ISO 320 speed. It can be used both indoors and outdoors with different light conditions. IMAGO 320 is a versatile fine-grain film with a very high sharpness and a wide exposure latitude. It is a panchromatic film, up to 680nm, coated on acetate base and compatible with most available developers.
FEATURES: • • • •
ISO 320, pushable up to ISO 800 Fine Grain High Sharpness Wide exposure latitude
WHY ISO 320? According to our tests with most developers, 320 ISO is the nominal sensitivity of the film, which returns a correct and wide tonal range. This conveys higher detail in shadows and a very fine grain. With some developers, it can be pushed up to 800 ISO. The 320 ISO selector is between 200 and 400. Otherwise you can set it at 400 ISO and over-expose by half stop.

BOOKS
ANALOGUE PHOTOGRAPHY Reference manual for shooting film by Andrew Bellamy - Foreward by Floirian Kaps Inspired by the aesthetic of vintage user manuals, this beautifully illustrated and designed reference book is an essential guide for everyone interested in the fundamentals of film photography. So whether you have found an old Konica at the thrift store or inherited a Leica, or are one of the many younger photographers who are turning to analogue as a way to enrich and expand your practice, this book provides all the information needed to help you understand your camera and get out and start using it. Divided into six main sections, the book is structured so that it can be accessed in either a linear or non-linear way. It opens with a concise description outlining the basic mechanics of taking a photograph. The beginner can then read through from cover to cover, while a more advanced photographer can dip in and out. It is designed to be easily navigated: cross references are underlined in the text and listed with their relevant page number at the top of each page, and there is a complete and detailed index at the back. As a primer or a reference manual, this is the perfect book to (re)kindle your love of analogue photography.
