Freehand

Folders, papers, pens, magnets â&#x20AC;&#x201C; the sturdy Storage Board ensures that when working at the Visualisation or Information Board, you have everything at hand (but not in your hand).

Storage Tray To be mounted at the free-standing frame. Freely height-adjustable, depth approx. 300 mm. Storage Board graphite-coloured, with lateral bookends and stop bracket on the back. Please note that the maximum weight load of the Storage Board is only max. 50 kg.

Our recommendation: If the Storage Board is not mounted at the height of the free-standing frame, please use the stop bracket as fall protection for the rear edge of the Storage Board.

The Board for the Continuous Improvement Process In production, logistics, service and administration Visualisation Boards make the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) transparent. In the ideal case, visualisation leads to the employeesâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; mutual stimulation to contribute to the thought and development process.

Motifs are for example logos, graphics, machines, buildings, products or team pictures. Due to the unmistakable look, every department or division can define and identify at first glance. This strengthens the team spirit and unites for new tasks.

Apart from FiFo Board and FiFo Box, the CIP Board is a valuable tool for support directly at the workstation.

The limitation of the number of possible suggestions leads to the fact that already in the process information is filtered according to relevance. To write the suggestions on the board, dry-erase pens are used.

The individual print in photographic quality fills the background of the board with life. The customer only supplies high-resolution digital pictures as well as further design elements of his choice.

In addition to that, information as for example statistics or results sheets can be placed securely and reversibly on the board surface with magnetic Display Pockets.

Visual management is an important instrument to make information visible. A transparent and clear presentation of information considerably contributes to the motivation of all people involved.

The freedom of design provides for an exact orientation at the Corporate Identity and the Corporate Design of the customer company. The customer also determines the functional â&#x20AC;&#x153;equipmentâ&#x20AC;&#x153;, as for example grids or letterings, according to his specific requirements.

By means of the sublimation print, motifs, lines and texts become extremely durable and fixed scratch-proof to the metal board. You can write on the board surface with dry-erase pens. As the board is magnetic, the board coach can securely attach selected information with magnetic Display Pockets. It is also possible to work with practical magnets as for example symbols, bars and strips with the help of which organisational methods can be illustrated easily.

Apart from the Continuous Improvement Process, the board can also be used in connection with other operational optimisation measures. Moreover, the highly individualised information board is suitable for the explanation of complex facilities as well as for the presentation of machines and products which for instance are not readily accessible for security reasons.

The individual boards can be produced up to a width of 2100 mm and a height of 1200 mm. If even bigger sizes are requested, several board elements can be assembled.

With Display Pockets and Document Holders Sales figures, quality information, code of behaviour, contact lists and much more – protected from external influences your documents are presented attractively either in Display Pockets (E Type) or in Document Holders (D Type). Individual Lettering and Colour Code The whiteboard surface is framed by blue terminal strips at top and bottom. The lettering and the colour design of the text strips are defined by the customer. A uniform colour code in the lettering texts makes it easy for the observer to find the information which is relevant at the moment.

Modular structure The board system has a modular structure. In this way, the precisely suitable combination and size can be assembled. The standard programme includes two heights (958 mm and 1350mm); the system is freely expendable to the side. Custom-made boards with individual board size and colour can be produced at any time. You can choose between wall attachment and attachment to a free-standing frame. Also in ESD protected areas Many production processes, especially in the semiconductor and electronics industry are very sensitive to uncontrolled static discharge. However, these areas do not have to do without a

VisuModul Information Board. Into the powder coating of the ESD board type, fine soot particles are integrated, increasing the conductivity of the surface. A static charge is therefore excluded.
