Project: Architecture & Planning

Work: Team

Design Architect: RMJM Milano

Softwares : Autocad, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe suite

The project aims to create the tallest skyscraper and a master plan based on urban design and planning principles to enhance the country’s economy. The development area is chosen based on the city’s fragile centrality to establish well-connected modes of the transport system, neighborhoods, educational, cultural, commercial, and economic hubs. The water bodies were the vulnerable elements transformed into resilient components of the plan. The area’s existing urban functions and the transport culture of the city is carefully studied to introduce the proposal.

• Masterplan team design lead for the project’s schematic and design development stages.

• Coordination with government bodies following the alignment of a set of drawings.

• Development of 3D model using Rhinoceros and 2D graphics using Adobe suits.

• Studying technical data sheets for proposing urban elements and applications in the project.

• Preparation of drawings for municipal authorities.

• Managining and preparing for final deliverables to client and maintaining a proper set of completed drawings and design sheets.

“La Villa delle Muse” is located and designed in a ancient steep olive grove in the hinterland of the elegant Versilia, in the municipality of Massarosa. Its privileged position allows those who visit it to enjoy a full screen view of the promontory, the city of Viareggio and the sea. View that at sunset turns into a truly magical show. The altitude of about 230 meters above sea level allows you to enjoy a perfect climate even in summer, less hot than the seashore and always very windy. The beach of Viareggio is less than 10 km away and can be reached in a quarter of an hour by car.

• Involved in design development from schematic to concept stages.

• Involved in development of masterplan with landscape typologies.

• Development of 2D graphics using Adobe suits.

• Development of 3D graphics using Revit

• Studying and co-ordinating technical data sheets for proposal with Engineers and survey team.

The proposed courtyard design for an upcoming residential neighborhood aims to bridge landscape and urban design by creating a collective green space that enhances community interaction and sustainability. Centered around the native ELS tree, the courtyard provides shade, aesthetic appeal, and ecological benefits. The design integrates natural elements with urban living, featuring native plants, walking paths, seating areas, and recreational spaces to promote social engagement. Sustainable practices, such as permeable materials and rainwater harvesting, are prioritized. This project fosters a sense of place and well-being, supporting biodiversity and community cohesion.

• Involved in development of schmatic masterplan design.

Sea plane regeneration

Pavia, Italy

Project: Terraviva competetion, 2021

Work: Team

Softwares : Autocad, Sketchup, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe suite

The seaplane port is modified with the intention of promoting canine-human connection while maintainingthe structure’s functionality seven days a week. Aspart of eating, playing, and freezing, the idea was developed while taking into account routine activities and the relationship between humans and dogs. The interior of the building, which has a daycare, a grooming salon, a clinic, a retail pet store, and restrooms, is made to accommodate dogs’ routine needs. For the people to unwind, the other side of the structure brings in the opulence. The seating in the multidimensional amphitheater was leveled and provided access to both the dog and human points of view. A bridge that serves as a high-level visual connecting retail shop enhances the interaction between a dog and a human comes next. The appearance of the structure is enhanced by the use of colors and materials like wood and glass
