PRINCIPLES SAXXO Spinal Fixation System is an advanced ultra low profile polyaxial screw system that provides threedimensional adjustability in the sagital and coronal planes, permitting placement of the screws in the best possible anatomic location and orientation. The system includes polyaxial screws, reduction screws, rods & transverse links especially designed to simplify the assembly process and allow an anatomic placement, an excellent biomechanical load sharing and a secured correction of the instability.
