Overview

The client, Macy’s , is moving their offices from the iconic Herald Square to Long Island City. They expanding over 26 floors of Three Gotham Place Towers, owned by Tishman Speyer Properties. Their deign goals are to (1)Bring the business to life by integrating pieces of the history, the brands, and the stores. (2) Incorporate spaces that bring people together and create reasons for people to travel from NYC to LIC. (3) New workspace should focus more on cross-functional teams and less on entitlements.
