Max Todd
Max Todd is a European artist hailing from Spain.
He started his painting career producing fabulously high-detailed rural landscapes and scenery of the romantic genre. One day, he decided it was time to change his style and try something completely out of the ordinary, developing his own technique. He thus created his own unique approach, leading to the exciting and jovial works we see today.
His use of mixed media created a three dimensional element that makes his pieces so extrodinarily different to other artists. Todd’s works are innovative and uncommon, combining a variety of different materials with fresh ideas to create his unconventional style. Todd applies the paint in a rather atypical way, chosing to apply the acrylic directly from the tube in a precise and controlled manor. He also uses a palette knife to thickly apply the acrylic, which adds a fantastic depth to his works.
