Ib Kofod-Larsen (1921-2003) High Back Lounge Chair Model 503-7 ‘Seal’ teak and leather D 76 x W 80 x H 95 cm

Rare high back lounge chair model 503-799 'Seal', in teak and leather produced by OPE. This incredible chair shows nice details and its slim arms give it an elegant look. The way the leather shell seems to be floating inside the wooden frame lends the design a certain lightness. This luxurious chair is interesting from every angle.

Wonderful 2 seater sofa, Model V11 upholstered in brown leather designed by Illum WIkkelsø for Holgar Christiansen in 1960-1970’s. This sofa comes with its fully original upholstery of high quality brown leather in all its patinated glory. The tapered pyramid shaped legs emphasize the floating character of the sofa and this with the low back of the sofa give it its sleek silhouette. Wikkelso once said “A chair is for lying, not just sitting. It should be comfortable no matter what angle you sit”. This design philosophy is evident here. Its super comfortable!

Wonderfully iconic “ New Papa Bear Chair” model AP-69 designed by Hans Wegner at the end of the 1960s as a version of the 'Papa Bear Chair', model AP-19. Produced by AP Stolen. Consider it an investment for life as Danish craftsmen spend at least 2 weeks crafting each chair to the highest standards. It has wide arm rests, “paws” and legs in oak and beige wool upholstery. A real standout.
