Rosevale Kitchen and Cocktail Room located at the Civilian Hotel brings a modern interpretation of a classic New York eatery. The menu blends New York flavors with a modern and cosmopolitan twist, highlights including the Steak Tartare, Matzo Ball soup and Brick Chicken dishes. The architecture features a curved, ribbed leather ceiling and mirror panels accented by red leather banquettes and brass accents giving off a brasserie feel. Designed by renowned architecture and design firm Rockwell Group, Rosevale Kitchen and Cocktail Bar pays homage to its proximity to Broadway. The bright dining room is adorned with round sconces engraved with theater façade sketches by prominent set designers and black and white photography by Bruce Glikas leaning against the wall in casual and layered displays. Rosevale Cocktail Room and the Blue Room offers an extensive list of specialty cocktails and handcrafted drinks lead by master mixologist Francesco LaFranconi. You can have a full night of entertainment in one building with its three floors with the first floor being Rosevale Kitchen restaurant, the second floor is the cozy and vibey Rosevale Cocktail Room and then head upstairs for dancing at Starchild Rooftop Bar and Lounge.
