Philanthropist, equestrian rider, and businesswoman Sandra Fiorenza is on top of the world. During the photo session at her ranch in Wellington, the perfectly manicured landscape surrounded by beautiful horses served as the perfect backdrop for a sunny day in the Equestrian Capital of the World, Wellington. Fiorenza is a successful realtor that joined Douglas Elliman after a 12-year tenure at One Sotheby’s.

“I was born and raised in Germany and found my passion for equestrianism at a young age. From the age of 8 I was already riding horses and in my teenage years I started competing. Eventually my life would change and I stopped riding,” explained Fiorenza who at the age of 16 visited the United States during an exchange program. In America, Fiorenza found her forever home. Once she finished her studies in the University of Dusseldorf, she opened a business focusing in fashion and television. She moved to Florida in 1998 and two years later married impresario Randy Fiorenza. “Our family welcomed twin girls, Camilla and Caprina in 2003 and in 2006, we welcomed Lola.” Sandra’s career in luxury real estate is as remarkable as her success. Her start in real estate came with the position with the famed Related Company and became their top sales executive on Miami Beach on development projects such as Yacht Club, Murano, and Murano Grande.

Her life in Fisher Island is also impressive. At the beginning of her life in the United States and after moving to Miami, Fiorenza sold exclusive listings in the most expensive zip code of the United States, and at some point, called Fisher Island home. After moving into the Gables Estate with her family, Fiorenza moved back to Fisher Island in 2021, where she has already transacted in over $54,000,000 on the Island.

Sandra lives and breathes her creations whether in luxury real estate, lifestyle branding, or philanthropy. She is a fashion icon, and also a seasoned equestrian. Sandra’s magic ingredient is that she lives the lifestyle she sells in the one-of-akind spaces she seeks for her clients. With $530 million in total career sales and $30 million just in 2022, she is one of Miami’s highest-grossing residential agents, a testament to her thoughtful and personalized approach to providing her clients insights into the market.
