Beautiful Senofer Mendoza knows that you must break conventions in order to change the world… and she is quite comfortable with that. After a successful career in enterprise sales and international interior design, Senofer founded Mendoza Ventures, a Boston based Venture Capital firm, together with her husband, Adrian Mendoza, to address the growing inequities in tech investment funding. The Boston based pre-seed Fintech, AI, and Cybersecurity venture capital firm was launched in January of 2016 and invests internationally in the Cybersecurity, AI, and Fintech space.

“For us, it's about participating in the wealth creation process, not just for diverse founders, but also for diverse investors.” Mendoza Ventures, on a mission to change the face of venture capital, is doing just that - 80% of its investment portfolio companies are led by diverse founders, and they are national leaders in creating a diverse investor base.

Committee for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and advises other fund managers on how to grow firms from the ground up.
