Kal spots the Empire

Once he finally spotted members of the Empire, Kal started blasting them with imaginary weapons. There were so many droids and people in costumes, but not much to do. I forgot we had been looking forward to droid building until we rewatched the videos. I think the description for the venue had us excited Kal would get to play with robotics, but instead it was a table with an unfriendly person who said he builds droids. End of story.

At a different table, Kal flipped through a Jedi book while someone told him to become a Sith. I think he was supposed to vote with his new coins, but we took all the coins home after I purchased the cheaper option for Blast-a-Trooper for Kal. —MV
