Full thickness of the material is coloured with natural, UV-resistant oxide-based pigments ensuring high durability. In the course of production we work according to quality category 3, as a result of which the elements might slightly differ in colour, shade and texture. Surface protection IVANKA CONCRETE is factory-coated and protected against UV radiation, natural acidity and frost. IVANKA CONCRETE is weatherresistant and durability of its conditions can be maintained with aftercare treatments every 2-5 years. Sustainability IVANKA CONCRETE is made 95% of mineral raw materials, natural oxide-based pigments. Each element is made-to-measure, so they are free of waste. The quartz raw materials ensure natural fire-resistance and in the course of manufacturing there is no CO2 emission. Due to its extremely long lifespan and low maintenance need, it is highly environmentally friendly.

Full thickness of the material is coloured with natural, UV-resistant oxide-based pigments ensuring high durability. In the course of production we work according to quality category 3, as a result of which the elements might slightly differ in colour, shade and texture. Personalised solutions In addition to standard size product range, IVANKA PANELS are highly customizable. As a result of flexible industrial manufacturing solutions, elements of IVANKA PANELS can be unique, made-to-measure pieces. Thus it is possible to create special elements, sizes, colours and textures. Fixing IVANKA PANELS elements can be applied to concrete, brick and wooden wall structures both as cladding and indoor cover. Their fixing can be transparent: with screwed ankerdots, or hidden: stone fixing, undercut anchor or adhesive (for indoor only). Surface protection IVANKA PANELS are factory-coated and protected against UV radiation, natural acidity and frost. IVANKA PANELS are weather-resistant and durability of its conditions can be maintained with aftercare treatments every 2-5 years. Glass fibre composite IVANKA PANELS contain glass fibre reinforcement and glass fibre mesh fabric. The cement-glass composite results in a flexible alloy of concrete hardness. Sustainability IVANKA PANELS are made 95% of mineral raw materials, natural oxide-based pigments. Each element is made-to-measure, so they are free of waste. The quartz raw materials ensure natural fire-resistance and in the course of manufacturing there is no CO2 emission. Colores y texturas naturales Los PANELES IVANKA se producen en 7 colores básicos y texturas SLEEK, POROUS y RAW. El material de los elementos se colorea en todo su espesor, con pigmentos naturales de base de óxido, resistentes a los rayos UVA que les propor cionan una gran durabilidad. Durante la fabricación, trabajamos con una categoría de calidad V3, por lo que entre los paneles la diferencia visible de colores, tonos y texturas es mínima. Soluciones a medida Debido a las soluciones flexibles de fabricación, cada uno de los elementos de los PANELES IVANKA es pieza única, hecha a medida. Esto permite fabricar elementos, dimensiones colores y texturas personalizadas. Fijación Los elementos de los PANELES IVANKA se pueden aplicar tanto como revestimientos de fachada como revestimientos de interiores sobre soporte de hormigón, ladrillo o madera. La fijación puede ser visible: con clavija de rosca o bien oculta: con clavija, con fijación para piedra o adhesivo (solo en interiores). Protección de superficies Los PANELES IVANKA se suministran con tratamiento superficial de fábrica, están protegidos de la radiación UVA, de los ácidos naturales y de las heladas. El material de los PANELES IVANKA resisten a las temperaturas extremas. Se aconseja el tratamiento superficial cada 2 a 5 años. Compuesto de fibra de vidrio El material de los PANELES IVANKA está refor zado con tejido de malla de fibra de vidrio. El compuesto de hormigón y vidrio tiene una solidez igual al hormigón y resultan una aleación flexible. Sostenibilidad Los PANELES IVANKA en un 95 % se hacen de materias primas mine rales con pigmentos naturales de base de óxido. Todos sus elementos están hechos a medida, por lo tanto no se producen residuos durante la fabricación. Sus materias primas de cuarzo le proporcionan un carácter natural ignífugo. Durante la fabricación, la emisión de CO ² es cero. Es altamente ecológico, gracias a su larga vida útil y las mínimas necesidades de mantenimiento. Die Elemente sind in voller Dicke mit natürlichen, UV-beständigen Pigmenten auf Oxidgrundlage gefärbt, was eine hervorragende Dauerhaftigkeit gewährleistet. Bei der Herstellung wird mit der Qual itätskategorie V3 gearbeitet, so dass sich die einzelnen Platten in Farbe, Abschottung und Textur voneinander sichtlich minimal unterscheiden können. Maẞgeschneiderte Lösungen Alle Elemente von IVANKA PANELS gelten wegen der flexiblen industriellen Herstellungslösungen maßgeschneidert und individuell. So besteht die Möglichkeit, spezielle Elemente, Größen, Farben und Texturen individuell herzustellen. Befestigung Die IVANKA PANELS Elemente können an Wandkonstruktionen aus Beton, Ziegeln und Holz als Fassaden- und Innenraumverkleidung angewandt werden. Deren Befestigung kann in Form von Anker-Verschraubung sichtbar sein. Sie können auch verdeckt montiert werden: an Kanten befestigt, mit Hinterschnittanker oder geklebt (nur für Innenraum). Oberflächenschutz Die IVANKA PANELS Elemente sind werkseitig oberflächen veredelt und vor UV-Strahlen, natürlichen Säuren und Frost geschützt. Das Material von IVANKA PANELS ist witterungsbeständig. Die Langlebigkeit der Oberflächenkondition kann mit einer Nachbehandlung in allen 2-5 Jahren erhalten werden. Glasfaserverbund Das Material der IVANKA PANELS Elemente hat eine Glasfaser verstärkung und ein Glasfasernetz. Das Zement-Glas-Verbund ist betonhart und ist eine flexible Legierung. Erhaltbarkeit Die Elemente von IVANKA PANELS werden in 95% aus miner alischen Grundstoffen mit natürlichen Pigmenten auf Oxidgrundlage angefertigt. Alle Elemente sind maßgeschneidert und so abfallfrei. Die Ausgangsmaterialien aus Quarz gewährleisten eine natürliche Feuerbeständigkeit. Bei der Herstellung ist mit keiner CO2-Emission zu rechnen. Wegen ihrer langen Lebensdauer und niedrigen Erhaltungs bedarfs sind sie äußerst umwel schonend. Des solutions personnalisées Avec ses solutions de fabrication industrielle flex ibles, chaque élément de IVANKA PANELS est une pièce unique, fabriquée sur mesure. Ainsi, il devient possible de créer des éléments, des tailles, des couleurs et des textures spécifiques. Technologie avancée des fixations Les éléments IVANKA PANELS peuvent être utilisés comme revêtement de façade et comme revêtement intérieur, superposés sur des structures de murs en béton, en brique et en bois. Leur fixation peut être trans parente (vissé en cercle d’ancrage) ou bien à fixation cachée : fixation de pierre, ancrage à dépouille arrière ou adhésif (uniquement en utilisation intérieure). Protection de surface La protection de surface des éléments IVANKA PANELS est appliquée au moment de la fabrication et elle protège contre le rayonnement UV, l’acidité naturelle et le gel. La matière de IVANKA PANELS est résistante aux conditions météorologiques. La durabilité de son état de surface peut être assurée par des traite ments de suivi tous les 2 à 5 ans. Composite en fibre de verre La matière de IVANKA PANELS est renforcée de fibres de verre et contient des tissus de fibres de verre. Le composite du ciment et du verre permet l’obtention d’un alliage disposant des caractéristiques solides du béton tout en restant flexible. Durabilité Les éléments IVANKA PANELS sont fabriqués de 95 % de matières premières minerals et de pigments à base d’oxyde naturel. Chaque élément est fabriqué sur mesure, afin de ne pas produire de déchets. Leurs matières premières à base de quartz permettent une résistance naturelle au feu. L’émission de CO2 lors de sa fabrication est de zéro. Grâce à sa longévité exceptionnelle et ses faibles besoins d’entretien, il est particulièrement respectueux de l’environnement.
