The National Honey Board also is seeking distillers interested in attending our Honey Alcohol Summit in October 2023. The event is a gathering of craft brewers and distillers for an intensive two-day seminar on honey, an all-natural sweetener that offers a variety of functional and flavor benefits when used in beer and distilled spirits.
