Peter is a self-taught artist who has mastered the use of drawing tools, and has been drawing & sketching since early childhood. He has been at it ever since; much of his work is created outdoors. Pete’s pencil work is more about lighting contrasts than about the subject matter.

RMy creative process is always ongoing and developing. I find joy in the fluidity and unpredictability of my paintings. By adding pigment and water, moving it across the canvas and taking it away this process adds depth and emotional complexity to the finished work.
