Ramen Pad Thai Ingredients: •

2 ramen packages

1 16oz package Extra Firm Tofu

1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables

Soy Sauce

Sesame Oil

Peanut Sauce

Prep: Drain tofu and slice or cube into bite sized-ish pieces. Place in bowl, add 1 ramen flavoring packet, soy sauce, and a good shake of sesame oil to marinate. Let tofu marinate for 1 to 2 hours. Cook: Boil ramen noodles as per package instructions, and throw the 2nd seasoning packet into the cupboard for later use. Meanwhile, toss the veggies into a pan and stir-fry until cooked. Add tofu with enough of the marinade to keep it from sticking. Stir gently, until tofu is heated. Add ramen noodles, mix them in well, allow them to absorb most of the remaining liquid in the pan. Toss it onto a couple plates (will feed 2-4 people, depending on appetite), season to taste with more sesame oil, top with peanut sauce. Abridged from www.mattfischer.com/ramen/?p=585

Rebel without a trust fund.

We have no idea who Eric is, but we like his calling card.

Saving room in your pockets for all that extra... nothing.

Is that 8 gigs in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?

Cheaper than a pack a day. Plus, it makes your mom happy.

When you work freelance, you’ve gotta keep up on your emails... and your Words with Friends.

Student ID. Comes with all of those awesome museum discounts.

You can’t buy pretty. But, you can buy lipgloss.

Let’s face it. Botox is out. We’d better moisturize.

For bumping the jams. Or avoiding conversation on the bus.

Pounding the pavement can give you a pounding headache. So can tequila.

Gotta write stuff down... cuz stuff is hard to remember.

Duh.

Impromptu jam sessions can strike anywhere.

Chicks dig dudes that read.

Sea shells. Cool, dude.
