VIP Preview | Thursday, March 24 | 5 PM - 9 PM Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary (PBM+C) and participating galleries and curators invite VIP collectors and accredited members of the press to experience an exclusive First View of the fair benefiting the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. This can’t-miss event is the first opportunity to acquire the finest investment quality modern and contemporary works prior to the fair’s opening the next day.

PBM+C presents important and rarely exhibited works including blue chip, modern and contemporary, and post-war works from the 20th and 21st centuries from over 85 leading galleries, spanning nine countries and over 30 cities. PBM+C VIP Preview Beneficiary, the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, will serve as a satellite venue and official cultural partner for the fair. ANSG will showcase the Garden Exhibition with works from four artists represented by Long-Sharp Gallery including: Patrick Hurst; Julian Wild; Tarik Currimbhoy; and Jason Myers. Additionally, Avant Gallery and The Square will present Sculpture by Will Kurtz in association with the Fair with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the ANSG. Benson has photographed celebrities and historic events from all over the world, including The Beatles on their inaugural American tour in 1964, Michael Jackson, the assassination of Robert F. CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions: 1) This contract has been signed by an individual authorized to sign for the above named firm. 2) Cancellation will only be accepted upon receipt of written notice within 72 hours of placement of order. In the event the payment is delayed, the Advertiser agrees to pay a service charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. Advertiser shall be liable for all legal fees and other costs and expenses incurred by Whitehaus Media Group for the collection of any sums due and owing. 3) The Publisher reserves the right to exercise printer’s prerogative concerning details relating to type face, style, and minor adjustments in the layout of display advertisements. 4) The person signing this contract warrants that they are authorized and have the right to use trademark, trade name, photographs, or any illustration used therein. The Advertiser will indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from any and all liabilities. 5) The Publisher sells advertising space in its publication(s); it does not sell advertising. The Publisher will attempt to reproduce adverting materials in the best possible manner but the Publisher is not responsible for the exact reproduction of materials, especially but not limited to the exact reproduction of color materials. The Publisher is specifically not responsible for matching PMS colors.
