Anita Le Sech is from the Island Jersey in the Channel Islands Being brought up on an island Anita enjoyed both the beach and countryside which provided her with a free spirit

Anita has travelled extensively over the years visiting South East Asia, the Americas, Australasia and Europe and through this time she has lived in Australia, Czech Republic, England and now lives in France

Through her travels throughout the world, it is hard not to see how the different cultures that she has been exposed to has influenced her work Anita’s paintings are colourful and textural whereby Anita uses many different materials to achieve a more pronounced piece of Art Anita’s medium is mainly Acrylic but she also uses Oil and Emulsion paint For texture Anita uses an array of materials such as stones, earth, wax, cement and adhesive

Anita commenced exhibiting in London 20 years ago whereby she was encouraged by friends to turn her hobby into something more Immediately her work was well received and it was then that Anita decided to concentrate more on her Art work then her 9 to 5 career in the City of London

Soon Anita was exhibiting all over the world and to date she has exhibited in UK, USA, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, New Zealand, Australia, Portugal and Switzerland, Dubai

Her work has been likened to Jackson Pollock which happens to be her favourite Contemporary Abstract artist due to its size and colours used as well as technique

As well as selling to Private homes, Anita has also sold work to Corporations and Schools in the UK Overall her Artwork attracts a variety of people, with comments such as mesmerising, chaotic with order, colourful and very impactful.

As well as exhibiting, Anita provides commissions which are more personal to the purchaser. Her most recent sales and commissions have been in Dubai and France, UK and Italy.
