What it is Our successful, light-touch, leadership programme that fast-tracks high potential people under 30 into non-executive/ trustee roles with some of the country’s most exciting and innovative arts and cultural organisations.

Alice Millest with Clean Break Alice Millest joined Clean Break’s Board in September 2011. She has employed her particular finance skills and understanding of the world of corporate finance to help develop Clean Break’s three-year Business Plan. Alice now chairs the Development Board who focus entirely on diversifying and increasing Clean Break’s income.


Lydia Lee with War Child As a professional fundraiser, Lydia Lee has been instrumental in War Child’s move from being a charity dependent on income from music events to one that is making the most of its brand and reputation in accessing significant fundraised income. In addition to this, she has offered practical advice regarding networks and opportunities to pursue corporate contacts.


Amy Bird with HighTide Festival Theatre Amy Bird joined HighTide as a trustee in 2011 and now sits on the Main Board as well as the Finance, Audit and Legal Committee. She has worked to prepare the annual budgets and cash flow; helping to craft and understand the underpinning strategies and has brokered a sponsorship arrangement of ÂŁ5,000 with her company CMS.


Lucy Wilson with Spare Tyre Lucy found insightful and practical ways to bring her expertise from the corporate sector to Spare Tyre. She used her HR skills and corporate knowledge to advise on personnel changes and fundraising, whilst recognising the resources that Spare Tyre’s Patrons made available to the charity.


Sophie Arden with Bath Film Festival Since Sophie joined the board of Bath Film Festival in 2011 she has helped facilitate easier, more accessible financial management systems as well as budgeting and forecasting for the festival which takes place annually in November.
