I create paintings of microscopic and macroscopic nature hidden from the naked eye: the layered interconnectivity that could represent the origins of life in a drop of water or systems in the vast cosmos. I quote the naturalist John Muir: 'When we tug at a single thing in nature, we find it attached to the rest of the world.
