Once a horse is nominated there are three further confirmation stages, the dates for which are detailed on the race conditions pages of this brochure. Once an initial entry is made, the International Racing Bureau, contracted by Ascot, will ensure that the rest of the process is managed smoothly. They, and Ascot’s other agents and international partners, are also available to assist in the initial nomination procedure, and all contact details can be found on pages 32.
