Public Relations Manager

Digital Marketing Manager


 Develop, manage and promote marketing campaigns online for AIESEC's programs.  Expand the virtual penetration of the AIESEC brand and subsidiary brands.  Grow AIESEC's online reach and optimize our conversion rates online  Ensure all the LCs are engaged and benefited from the execution of the MC-level Digital Marketing Strategy.  Prepare, develop, and integrate online content for aiesec.kg, Social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and Blog (planning and content creation).  Online internal and external communication.  Develop targeted brand-enhancing campaigns, promotions, and activities for different segments of potential customers and supporters.  Standardization of all National Projects, Events and Products Logos.


   

Excellent writing skills Graphic design or visual presentation of information Social Media Management Previous digital marketing experience (desired)

 Graphic Design (PS, GIMP, Illustrator or equivalent)  Branding guidelines  Creativity and innovation  Passion for photography, video and arts  Video shooting and edition (desired)


 Seek out strategic partnerships and opportunities to build on our organizational reputation to spread our impact.  Support AIESEC Kyrgyzstan Public Relations event (Y2B, GV, Top Talents, DLD, etc.) to build AIESEC's reputation as a Professional Youth Leadership Provider.  PR market research and raise PR partners (Media, NGO, etc.)  Manage the relationship with PR partners and seek cooperation opportunities.  Attendance to external events to enlarge our presence.  Prepare our official PR publications to voice AIESEC value.  Create and Propose national PR guidelines.

 Update and develop AIESEC Kyrgyzstan website.
